Slowwwww. Jammed lines both bays. Cars not moving at any kind of even a normal pace. Many folk off to the side waiting for their... food. Totally disorganized restaurant. I frequent this place and it's always a s**t show. Never was able to get my food. I'mdone. Wendy or BK from now on. It's typically a hit or miss. Sometimes everything is great and quick and sometimes I question my life choices for choosing to... go to McDonald's????. On the good days, its quick everything is in there. On bad days, even if you order ahead on the app andthe drive thru is basically empty you'll spend a good chunk of your day waiting. They either make u wait 5 minutes between taking orders at the ordering menu or they park 3 cars for every one car served and it... takes a good 10 minutes to actually get ur food. 15 minutes waiting at the counter is long enough.... too long... not a single person acknowledged anyone at the counter,... including me. Kinda sad the Wendy's literally right next door had better customer service, and someone to greet you as soon asyou walked in the door. Read more

I?ve had a horrible experience in this McDonald?s the ?manager ? Jess Jessica is very rude enough for tears to be dropping from... my eyes ! Poor management at its finest she will treat you so poorly after hiring you ! My mother politely asked to speak to theboss and she came at my mother and started saying smart stuff calling my mom names in Spanish! I went during their lunch rush. There was a malfunction with the App and my order didn't go through. Instead of holding up the... line and or complaining like the vast majority of customers would,I calmly said that I would just have to cancel the order.As Idrove away I could hear the employee's obnoxiously loud laugh coming from the speaker I just drove away from. It might seempetty to leave a negative review over their behavior but these people complain all day long about the rudeness of customers. I'mhere to point out that finding amusement in the inconvenience of decent customers is what makes the next guy treat you likeanimals. Used the McDonalds app at 3:45 pm and sent my son to pick up at the counter. When he got there, he called so I could hit the... "I'm already here" button. He had to wait for 25 minutes for them to then tell him they needed to see the phone the order wasplaced on, not a screenshot. I only sent him because I am disabled and cannot walk easily. I had to borrow a car to go to theMcDonalds and show them my phone so we could get our food. And it still took 20 minutes. We got home with our food after 5. Ifhaving the order on the original phone on which it was placed is a requirement, please state so on the app. The "manager" needsto stop talking to her buddies and ignoring customers and do her job.
