I went here the other day and it has some pros and cons. A few of the cons were the service was slow even though there was only... one other table in the restaurant. The service can be forgiven because there was only one waitress on staff. Who was working thefront, waiting tables, and busing empty tables. There was dust on the marble counter that divided the restaurant. And finallythe servings of sides are rather small. I had gotten some fries and I received only a tiny bowl to go with my meal. However, Ifound that the food was very delicious and I would highly recommend others visit the place. The idea behind being able tocustomize your own burger and sides like they do is a great. Warmly greeted upon entering and seated immediately. My waitress came over and introduced herself. She was overflowing with... warmth and a desire to help me through the process. I started with coli and it was really, really good. A nice bite, largechunks of beef, and good flavor. I built my own burger and I was very impressed when it arrived. The Haddon jam just gave itover the top flavor. And to top it off the fries were great too. Read more
Awesome food but the service was like insanely terrible we stood up front for a half hr while the waiter's all hung out in the... kitchen they come out and didn't even address us I had to be like HEYY IS IT OKAY IF WE SIT HERE?! Had to get up in the meal andget silverware and in the end they literally forgot to bring the bill I had to track someone down to pay.. this place would beso much better if you had better service the food was awesome but I will probably not go back Read more
Our family of 6 went there about 4pm on a Monday. We were the only ones there so you would almost expect the service to be... faster than usual. 40min later we got our meals. His burger was well done when he asked for medium. Other than the service beingslow, we enjoyed our meals. I only wonder if its busy, would the service be just as slow ? I will have to go back at a differenttime and day to see if the service is any faster??? Read more
They are great; a choice for everyone. Great selection of beer- including my Shandy wheat Harpoon! They don't have mic Ultra,... but you can always replace it with Coors Light; same water. I like the BYOB (build you own burger) option, it actually doesn'thave to be a burger, they offer grilled chicken also. Always used bar service, and bartenders have always been great.
