I never met the rudest people in the world I?m a school bus driver and I had to go to the bathroom thinking I get food from this... place all the time they would let me use the bathroom! The lady didn?t even have gloves on getting this customers food I showedher my badge and said please can you unlock the door to the bathroom she said I don?t care who you are if your not buying ourfood go to the bathroom on your self I was so shocked I looked at the customer and said unbelievable how she?s touching yourfood with no gloves and she touched her face and hair!! The original recipe chicken breast was very moist and good. I didn't care too much for the wing or the drumstick those were kind... of dry. Also the popcorn chicken wasn't that tasty either so next time I will never order it. I was very dry and not that tastyin a little too salty. Even a four-star because the chicken breast was good and the staff was friendly. To enter the bathroomyou must ask a employee to enter it may say vacant but the door will be locked. I put a star because I have to, in order to write my review. . Place is disgustingly dirty. My 4 piece order of chicken had... feathers on all 4 wings and refried and dried out. ????. Soda was flat n tasted like the dispensers needed to be cleaned ordisposed of. Everything went into the garbage. $21.95. Place needs to closed down or different management. NASTY. The food is delicious! The service is terrible! I live in forest park every time I forget to check my family meal because I?m in... a rush to get food home! Went thru drive thru. Had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be brought out to us. The of the four orders were not correct so... I had to go inside to get them fixed. Took 10 more minutes to get orders fixed and had to talk to three different peoplebecause one just kind of walked away, the second only fixed half of what was wrong then walked away. I asked for less Nashville this is what they give me . And got mad at me for wanting them to fix it . They Started giving me... attitude and was very rude the whole time . After they couldn?t fix it they offered a full refund and told me to go somewhereelse then . This was at 9:00 pm Friday feb 18 . Was here around 6p.m. and a Spanish tom girl had gloves on and kept touching her hair, durag, also was lifting her hat up & down... then proceeded to grab chicken and other food products. And they took forever so I left. Need to work on changing their glovesat work plz n ty. Read more
