Stopped by today for an iced coffee and a snack. The young woman handed me my items without a straw or napkins. She starts... walking away and I ask her for them. She walked back over, hands them to me, and walks away again without even speaking to me.She's either having a rough day or needs a new career field. Definitely the worst came to get coffee specifically told them 6 cream 2sugar and got to the window to get 1 cream 10 sugars... very hot tasted burnt so asked the girl can I have it 6 cream and 2 sugars it tasted like 10 sugars please she gave me attitudeand so did the manager never visiting again the next one she gave was worst ended up tossing in trash thank you Dunkin? Friendly and very good service they had more people working than anther location so it was faster service
I wish I could give a review individually to staff. The young girl that took my order was very pleasant and kind. Very... professional! As she was taking my order there was extremely loud conversations within rest of staff. Too loud that we couldbarely hear each other. She kept apologizing. Then as I was sitting drinking my coffee and eating all I could hear was arguingand the B word here and there. Won?t be coming inside anymore! Read more
It took 5 minutes for someone to wait on me I thought the store was closed finally when they did they weren't too friendly.
