Avoid this one, they don't know what they're doing. I ordered their "Wisconsin six cheese pizza" and they gave me a plain cheese... pizza, which would've been $10 less than what I paid for! This is an edit to your response. The night I had my order mixed up Ihad called and explained to the manager working at the time what happened He offered me another large pizza, which he wouldaccredit to my phone number and I agreed I called back 9 days later just to get what was promised to me for thier mistake, andthe present manager "Alex" this was oct 13th would not honor it. He hung up the phone the first time and was very rude when Icalled back. Read more

I placed my order online. I had a giftcard but for some reason that location isn't accepting them ? The employee said they... haven't been able to process gift cards for the last two weeks! Very sad that the Domino's company isn't fixing the problem. Soif I had no other form of payment I would not have had dinner lastnight! I think this should be addressed immediately! Read more

This review is for Dominos located on 907 Sumner Ave., Springfield MA. I placed an order yesterday that was never delivered.... Called the store yesterday and also today, and they hung up on me twice, the third time someone picked up and informed they donot deliver to our area. Not sure how else to solve or make out of this unpleasant situation. UPDATE: The manager Mr Augustoreached out to us, and it was very kind of him to explain struggling situation due to COVID pandemic. His email to resolve theconcern is greatly appreciated. Read more

What happened?! Domino's was my fave, but not anymore. Ordered small cheese and a combo last night and Cesar's bests you, if... you like cardboard. Only thing good was the delivery person's service. Sooo disappointed, especially for the price! I ampleased to say that Augusto Garcia who is the owner contacted me and is providing two large pizzas, bread twists, or desserts tocompensate for the bad experience. I'm generally a fan of Domino's because of the convenience of the app, but I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered from this... location. It was my first time ordering from this particular spot and I had high hopes since my experience with my originallocation is usually satisfactory. We ordered delivery and the ordering process was smooth and easy, the estimated delivery timewas pretty accurate, and I wasn't too concerned about how expensive the entire meal was since I expected to be impressed. Weordered 2 pizzas (1 pan pizza and 1 hand tossed) and both were delicious, but the pasta, sandwich, and salad were a hugedisappointment. I understand that Domino's is known for its pizzas, but I wish they wouldn't sell the other items if they're notgoing to try to make them worth the money. Overall, I felt like I overpaid for the entire meal and will most likely stick toonly the pizzas moving forward. Read more
