In the two years I've lived here, they have always exceedingly slow. Beyond that, 90% of the time they have gotten my orders... wrong, when they are just a simple combo. I always assumed they were understaffed, but today I decided to go inside for thefirst time to order, since I knew the drive through would take a while. Customer service was great. The food was awful. Ordered a spicy chicken meal. I received cold fries and a dehydrated rubber chew... toy of what should have been a spicy check breast. Disappointed because St. Louis area Wendy's meet the gold standard. Not heretho. Read more
Stopped by around 8pm to get some quick bites and the chicken sandwiches were ready in no time - in probably 1 min. So I asked... them if they were not staled or old since it didn't take much time. She said no it's fresh. When I went home and tried it out,it wasn't fresh. I couldn't chew on the chicken patty - it was definitely been sitting there for a few hours. Why would you dothat? A place with no understanding of customer service and that a franchise is paying for the privilege of using that name. The... employee who said to throw the remade burger at my son should feel blessed that the other employee didn't take that advicebecause that is called assault and the police would have been called. In addition the owner of this franchise would have beenreally unhappy when they can no longer be a Wendy's because the parent company pulls their rights to be a franchise. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever experienced! Did not give us our entire order and when we requested the food we were missing, we were... faced with a cook/lady from the back yelling at us telling us we had everything and can?t have a refund and said straight to ourface ?you are a liar?. Always out of options. On multiple occasions we have asked for Frostys, salads and baked potatoes and they have been out or... equipment is down and items are unavailable. Extended waits to place order in drive through. Haven't gotten all the correctitems asked for on more than one occasion. Coke cups are handed out the window dripping with drinks which sticky my hands andcar. They forget to add napkins, straws, spoons, crackers for chili, tortilla chips for taco salad and dressing or wrongdressing for salads. On last trip the person at the drive thru window was facing away from the window yelling at staff insideand almost dropping my food. I like Wendy's food options and is the only fast food chain that has things that I can eat anddon't upset my stomach. I like the franchise. Sadly, the store closest to me, is a huge disappointment. Me, my youngest daughter, and 9 month old granddaughter came here for lunch. The entire staff was very friendly and courteous.... The lobby was very clean and the food was hot and delicious. Granddaughter loved the fries and mini chocolate frosty. Read more
