Excellent service, prices, and choices! Had tuna and chicken both pressed. Big sandwiches and yummy!

My roast beef was flavorless, not hot, yet toasted and drowning in mayo. The bread choice is subpar and for this kind of money I... would expect to be blown away. My husband got the Cubano and said it was the worst he'd ever had. The chips, excel soda andfriendly staff are the only reason for the 2 stars. We like to support local businesses but this spot doesn't have it figuredout yet. Read more

My wife and I stopped in here on 7/19/22 for lunch. The A/C must be broken, because its very hot and uncomfortable inside. We... both ordered a cubano and a smoothie. Some guy came in BS'ng to the entire staff and they just stood there. Not making our foodor drinks. We we both hot and very thirsty. The sandwiches were ok, nothing to jump up and shout about. I had finished most ofmy sandwich and needed my drink badly. My wife on the other hand had finished her sandwich before her drink came. And it wasnasty. Tastes like water, Not frozen or smooth, just a water consistency with little to no flavor. She told them it tastednasty too. We left and will not return here. A place gets one shot at my money. They failed miserable at providing not onlygood customer service, but in a timely fashion. Way too many other good places here in town too eat, with great food andcustomer service. Dont waste your time or hard earned money here. Thumbs down, and I mean way down. Read more

Went to Toasty Subs a few times after it initially opened. Really loved the sandwiches. Been back a few times since. A couple... times they were out of the ingredients for the sandwiches my wife and I wanted. Had to order something else. A couple monthsago, we ordered sandwiches and soup. The soup was mushy and looked old so we didn't eat it. A week later, tried the soup againwith the same result. Also, we've ordered sandwiches online and ingredients were left off the sub. The times we've gone into thestore recently (usually around 600pm to 630pm) there has only been a young woman working there all by herself. With customerscoming in the store, online orders, etc., she seems rightfully overwhelmed. The owners need to have more staff available duringdinner hours. We used to go to Toasty Subs a lot, now we won't return. UPDATE: My wife and I went back several days ago. Theyhad plenty of staff. The sandwiches were great as usual. We know staffing issues can be difficult these days, so thank youToasty-Subs! Read more

Was driving through Springfield and searched for a place to stop for a sandwich. I'm happy I stopped here! Had the buffalo... cauliflower sandwich, what a treat! Interior had very good balance and texture with the right amount of heat in a crisp paninistyle exterior. Shop is unassuming but was clean and staff was friendly. A couple vegetarian options on the menu which hadoverall good variety. Can't wait till the next time I have to drive through. Read more

Really good. I had the Reuben, and it was one of the best reubens I've ever ate. Well crafted. Will definitely be stopping... by more often now. And its only half a mile from my house! win win. Edit: The "Roast Beef" was fantastic too. The simple titlehides a hidden gem. Delicious AF. Read more

Love toasty subs! Italian stallion and blt are my go-tos. Dropping a star because they are really missing a vegan option. ... According to employees none of their bread is made vegan? bummer. If they come up with some bread that doesnt have milk or eggsthey would be set. Really hope they change that soon. Read more
