Buyer beware!!!Other subways in Springfield are a little more generous on a,10.00 steak bowl. This shop lacks the meat but... plenty of rabbit food. $10.00 is wasted here. Check your food BEFOREyou leave the window. Read more

I've been a few times where they didn't wear their gloves properly but today tops the cake. I mentioned to the guy that his nose... was bleeding, he took off his gloves and grabbed a napkin to get his nose to stop bleeding and just grabbed a new glove and wenton to make my sub. Never washed his hands or put any hand sanitizer on. Very dissatisfied with how sanitary they are here. Read more

The so called assistant manager Harley (lady) and if that?s really her name was very rude and nasty. You can only have one... coupon now and you must order an hour ahead of time if you want a dozen cookies, since when?! Especially if you?re already thereand it was a last minute decision. Never going back to this location again. Hope they shut this one down too! So disrespectful! Read more

I marked a perfect star because food and employees are fine. I question the ownerships lack of providing email or number to... reach about a concern. The kiosk ordering at drive through is slow and lack of personal contact. Prices did not go down withthis just number of people needed to run the business went down. No up sales happen because it?s easy to say no to a screen. Nofun personal interaction that makes you stand out over any other sandwich shop. I hope the owners the best. Luck as theydeserve it, but just wonder about our choices. Read more

At work we decided to order subway, I called to place order while driving to the store closest to work, different than the one I... normally go to. The lady that took my order over the phone was super nice, I asked if I could swap ham for turkey on an ItalianBMT she said of course, I also have a food allergy to something a coworker wanted on their sandwich so I asked if mine could bemade separate to avoid cross contamination. I really try not to be difficult and I know it can be annoying, but I can't helpbeing allergic. The lady was respectful and said it was no trouble at all and she read my order back perfectly. However, when Iarrived to pay she was finishing up 2 of the 3 sandwiches and then someone else made the third "special one" and was handing itto the first lady who checked me out as I approached the register.The first lady, again was great and explained two subs were intheir own bag and my special sub was in another and there was no risk of cross contamination. I got back to work and went toeat, my sandwich didn't have turkey. I guess if I had to choose a problem I'd rather have this than an allergic reaction but mysandwich ended up being bread and salami with 3 cucumbers and 3 little strands of bell peppers, It wasn't very good. I doubt Iwill return back to this location. Read more

My family & I had bad experiences with this subway. It's pointless to have a touch screen if the employees can't read what the... customer picks for there sub. Only one sub out of three that was correct. The others had veggies on them that they didn't askfor. And the cheese was incorrect as well. There was hardly any meat on the sandwiches maybe one slice. Very disappointing. Wego out of our way to come to this subway. I think we will stop. Read more
