Horrible. Manager took order at the counter. Didn't ask if it was 4 here or not. Sandwiches hot fries limping and cold. Ordered... only Sandwiches and got charged more. Waiting for Sandwiches and got fries with one automatic she said. And they could ofdropped them fresh. Never will be back. Service was horrible. Those 2 lady managers could take a lesson from their staff. Read more
Staff was quick to provide service and were very kind. Food was decent and came out in a timely fashion. Establishment was... clean. Just a note: The cups are very small so I would recommend ordering a large drink if it's not for a child. Read more
Friendly staff and tasty food. Cheese sauce is so good, glad they are still making their own. No servers, just counter service... but they bring food to you. Most tables dirty. Read more
The milkshakes could've been mixed better, the bottom 3rd of the cup was purely vanilla. Plus you used to be able to get like a... large milkshake and a half for the price you're currently getting what equates to a medium milkshake. Also there's no tableservice anymore, you order at the front before you sit, then they bring you the food. When you're finished you have to bringyour trays up and clear them at a trash can, which is complicated for large parties when only one person brings up the tray. Read more
The food was good, but it just isn't the same without a server. Also you get plastic forks and knives. The food comes in a to-go... container. And you sit at the tables, eat your food and throw away the trash. It's basically fast steak n shake. Read more

The food and the service where awesome. I had a breakfast biscuit that was full of fluffy eggs perfectly cooked biscuit dripping... with cheese and hashbrown was crisp and hot. I was greeted right away and they took great care of me. Read more
Very fast and delicious. Love the staff here! Just wish corporate would bring back breakfast.
