My coffee was the normal Mocha Latte Starbucks coffee but the customer service was not as desired. I don't drink extremely hot... drinks and I had asked them to not steam the milk as much as they normally do but it was extremely hot. Read more

I just find it silly that Starbucks discontinued hazelnut syrup for the summer. It's a standard flavor and Starbucks can just... decide to make it seasonal. Coffee is burnt usually. Read more
There was only one person working and she was distracted the whole time by her friend that stood in front of the cash register.... My friend and I waited 10 minutes for two simple drinks. I witnessed many people wait in line and walk away due to lack ofattention received by the worker. Very poor service, not appropriate for work place. Read more
