I have ordered from this location several times usually always order a Matcha Latte and it is always very milky and not filled... all the way to the top. Will rather drive farther to a different location or just jump across the street to Dunkin from know on. Read more
Don't park in their parking lot! Most customers were parking down the hill and walking up. Coffee was great and store was clean,... just no way to exit without using drive thru. Read more
I realize this is a coffee place, however if you are going to offer sandwiches then you need to have them in stock. In the last... month went to 2 separate locations in Springfield and both times they were out of all but 1 sandwich. Very frustrating. Read more
Do not come to this location unless you have at least 20 minutes to waste. This is probably the third time this has happened to... me, trying to get my drink before work. I do not blame the employees, it?s just a busy area and they don?t hire enough helpapparently. This experience was the worst? mobile ordered my drink at like 2:28pm and it said estimated ready by 2:36. Well itwasn?t, no big deal. But I came back and at 2;50 still nothing and others are waiting. I ended up leaving without a drink afterpaying. Won?t come back here again until they hire more help Read more
I don?t go to Starbucks very often, but the staff here is absolutely wonderful. One major thing about this location (and we all... already know it) is the drive thru. It?s not uncommon for the line to back up onto the street. Keep this in mind if you wantyour coffee fix here. Great and friendly staff nonetheless. ???? Read more
Starbuck franchisees need to educate their staff on green tea. Mainly the difference between plain green tea and all the others... with flavoring of some kind. I always ask for plain and 95% of the time I get flavored of some sort. Staff were supportiveonce they realized the issue. But I have no respect for the manager who stood silently watching as the staff were trying tohelp me. Read more
