After we ordered, the screen wouldn't let us choose payment method, so we slid the card anyways and it said the food was being... made but didnt fill in the dot where it said pay. So we figured we'd ask the server when they cane out about it. But even thoughit said they were on the way with our food they never came out and the screen went back to the start an order menu. We sawpeople that came in after us getting their food. Waste of time waiting. Read more

I believe the Sonic menu has a variety and quality food however as long as the staff follows how you like your burger dressed... than it would be perfect. This particular location has a hard time with that. I have ordered from this specific Sonic multipletimes for a burger with no cheese and let?s just say that our household has labeled the Sonic on Wabash as the Sonic that alwaysgets the order wrong. where is the sugar and cinnamon Everybody should already know east side of town pretty much have the same type of restaurant... but we all know the food is not going to be the same I went to this Sonic off Wabash they fool was horrible terrible it's likethey made too much of it that they kept it up under the light that food is so nasty then they have a lot of young people I knowpeople need to be working but they play over the food Read more

Most of the food was good. The chicken tenders seemed different and we didn't love the change. The chili dog was at the... bottom of the bag and was smashed by everything else. We have had better experiences here before. Read more

This was not a good choice. The icecream had no flavor and let's be honest, the drive-thru gas station like system of getting... your food, isn't very efficient. Sonic, go back to the drawing board. Read more

The sonic on Wabash was always a bit slower than other sonics in town, but after what happened to my simple order I don?t think... I?ll be going back. All I got was a route 44 cherry limeade. Tastes good for a while, then when I get home I open the lid to putmore ice in my drink, and there?s a dead fly stuck to the side of the cup! I was drinking from that for probably 15 minutesbefore I realized that was there. Folks you need to check your drinks when you get them from this sonic, to make sure there?s nodead bugs in it! This place is hit or miss sometimes. Sometimes the food is good, fresh and extremely yummy, other days the effort that's put in... is not great, and you may have a chance of getting sick due to poor food handling. There is a chance that they will forgetsomething in your order, and they won't think to check before they give it to you. Employees don't seem to care either aboutworking there or ensuring that proper customer service is given. Read more

Waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru, took a whole 45 seconds to assess the menu, just looking, one whole person behind me... waiting... when I'm rudely told that she will "Have to proceed to the next order then". ???? You DON'T be rude about it. Weweren't even mad about the other order being prioritized, it was all about the approach. 1 star for your rude employee. Read more
