This place need new employees as well as new managers. I couldn't believe the poor attitude of the employees they all acted as... if they had a serious problem. Not to mention to loud Marijuana smell and the trashy floors. The bathroom smelled like a hogpen. I will never eat a this place again. Posted hours say they open at 10:00 AM. I placed an online order for pickup at 11:04. When I arrived a few minutes late, I saw... a large tray of cooked chicken sitting on the counter. A woman barks from behind "we don't open for another 10 to 15 minutes"while she sat eating in the dining area. I told her that I had placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:04. Waited in line for 20 minutes with 3 people in front of me. Very slow drive thru. Intercom didn't work. Nice lady working the... drive thru window had to motion for me to go to window to order. Got the 2 piece Tuesday special that costs $3.19. Added 1biscuit and a small drink and it totaled $8.19. Got no receipt. Food was good. Same large pothole in their exit from last year. With the pothole, intercom, slow service and no receipt, makes me believe they don't take care of their equipment and wonderwhat the kitchen looks like. Read more
