Terrible experience. We have been going a long time, but lately service has not been good at all. Recently, we have placed two... large orders via the app and both times when we went to pick it up at the designated time, it wasn?t there because the staff?didn?t see? the order to even prepare it. Both times the app stated that due to the size of the order, it wouldn?t be ready foran hour to give staff time to prepare. The first time we understood, waited for them to prepare it. The second time we asked fora credit for our group?s inconvenience. They said they couldn?t do a credit and just canceled the entire order. We had toscramble to find someplace else to eat at the last minute. We won?t be going back. Read more
Food was subpar. The lady and man calling out orders literally had the voices of mice, so I could not hear my order being called... by my name. By the time I realized my food was up there it was cold. The general manager was very accommodating and re-made myorder. I will not be back and will take my business to McAlister?s instead. Read more
We did the online ordering and pick up in store. Had the Chipotle chicken sandwich and it was excellent, but they didn't give me... a coffee I ordered, and I was given two cranberry orange muffins when I ordered pumpkin muffins. Update: Ordered from themagain, and still had items missing from my order. I was missing a mango smoothie and an everything bagel, which I had ordered 5of and they only gave me 4. If you order online and want a drink, go through the drive through. Every time I've ordered a drinkonline, they never give it to me. Read more

Love this panera! I go here at least once a week and they always make my food perfectly, even though it's a very specific and... complicated order. I went at a different time and was appalled at how rude the customers were being- multiple people stood rightat the counter, staring down employees, tapping the counter passive-aggressively and even loudly complaining about the time itwas taking to make their food. Even though they were being so disrespected, the employees were still super professional andkind, accommodating all sorts of requests from these rude customers. The employees here are amazing and don't deserve to betreated like that. Read more
The 2 stars is due to the poor service. Went through the drive through around 6:30 pm. Ordered new Thailand chicken soup and... other stuff. The soup is good I recommend it. I like almost everything on the menu at Panera but the prices are indeed a bit toohigh. I ordered 2 large green teas and was not even given any drinks at all. Always always always seems to be new staff at thislocation. Not sure if it's a leadership problem or if it is the working environment. Like many of the other reviews state dodefinitely check the bag and for you drinks before you pull away from drive through. Can't tell you when the last time I havegotten everything I ordered correctly. I am no longer coming to this location. I have been going to this Panera for some yearsbut the problems of not getting what I ordered and the service has not been this bad before. If a new manager was hired the endof 2021 then get rid of them because like myself people will stop coming. Read more
Always enjoy stopping here for a bite to eat. Food is freshly prepared when ordered. Selection is beyond enough to satisfy... anyone's tastes. New to this location they are now offering delivery to either your home or office. Cannot go wrong with thatkind of service. Always save a little room for some of their pastry items. Read more
Poor customer service this evening I tried to redeem a gift card and after one try the attendant gave up. So I paid cash. after... I called the number on the gift card it has plenty of funds just lack of effort. Read more
