Best customer service I?ve ever had at Panda. Charlotte at the checkout register was absolutely amazing. It was Friday evening... and huge rush and super busy. Charlotte has a super positive attitude, smile on her face and made the whole experience veryexciting and positive! Shout out to her personality and customer service skills. First time going egg roll tasted almost entirely of lemon zest, all of the food was so lack luster go to the store but frozen... options throw a little sesame oil (if not allergic) or other seasonings and it?s gonna be cheaper and better than this place. Read more

Completely clueless with mobile orders. I placed one, arrived at the expected pickup time and waited in line. When I got to the... counter the woman turned away from me, didn't make eye contact and walked away. I had to tell 3 different people that I wasthere for a mobile order and they kept walking away.. finally they said they're waiting on one part of the order. Would've beennice to know before I waited 25 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. Finally I asked for a refund. Again the woman looked confused andwalked away. 30 seconds later a guy starts handing me a bag over the counter. I said, "no my food is cold and I've been herealmost 30 minutes. I want a refund, keep the food". He said he didn't know how and brought the manager over who said since it'sa mobile order he can't refund it. For goodness sakes. The lack of communication and utter cluelessness was astounding. Whatan absolutely horrible experience. Read more

Food was good, but after paying I was asked to go around to the front to wait 3-5 minutes for my fried rice... It took 15... minutes to get. I can't help thinking that they could've just waited without causing any problem since the next 2 cars throughthe drive thru also had to pull around and wait ???? Read more

Had begun to recover from covid closures with a return to dine-in dining (slightly fewer tables than in the before-times, I... think). The menu seems about the same, perhaps a tiny bit smaller, and prices remain in the same range as before. A pleasantand clean although plain interior decor. Read more

The portions of entrée here are very small. There was a long piece of blonde hair in one of our plates (which I didn?t realize... was actually in the photo as well ugh). On this visit 12.23.2021 I was given two warm bottles of pop instead of fountain drinks.When I asked for two cups of ice for our drinks the drive thru girl gave me one half full cup of ice with no lid or straw. I?veate here a few times without any issues but the service that day sucked. Read more
