*edited* I got nancy's springfield a 2nd time and they skimped on the cheese and sauce, and overcooked it. ????So giving them 2... stars now because at this price it has to be good everytime. Probably wont order from them again because its not worth the risk.Below is my original review after my 1st visit.. "Very very expensive! 29.14 for a 16in one topping thincrust pizza. Goodsauce, good cheese, and good sausage. Crust seemed a little thicker than the nancy's in litchfield which is the gold standard." Read more
Excellent food. The atmosphere was quite nice. The waitress was very cordial. A+ !
We arrived at 8:30 to eat and the waitress looked disappointed. The door said they were open until 10 p.m., but I asked if they... were about to close (based on her look of frustration). She said yes, so we just asked for a pizza to go. It was thrown togetherand absolutely cold in the middle. I would not recommend this place and that's sad to say because we drove 25 minutes out of ourway to eat there. The waitress did let us have a drink while we waited- which helped the initial impression at least. Read more

The pizza was EXCELLENT!! Now if you work on the in and out time I'll give you 5 stars! But they was friendly, communication... was excellent, they're very honest and will let you know if there's a problem with your order, and they'll correct it withoutany sassy talk. My husband and I got pizza today here for the second time. I tried a Chicago deep dish for the first time and boy was I... impressed! It was huge and filled to the brim. My husband got a thin crust and he loved it. Service was friendly and I arrived10 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready to find it was ready to pick up. We will come back! Read more
I have visited Nancy?s several times here in Springfield with the most recent being last evening to watch the Bears game. Their... pizza (prefer the thin crust pepperoni) is predictably good so when I call, they recognize my phone and the pizza is ready whenI arrive. Nancy?s is a little pricier than Pizza Hut or Dominoes, but it?s suited to my taste. The staff is friendly andefficient. Read more
