They advertise add a mcrib for a $1 with any meal and then tell you it's not for that store but it's on their ordering menu. I... realize it's probably the advertising departments mistake but just icing on the cake with this visit. Then we order a happy mealbecause of the Halloween bucket and they gave us a regular happy meal with a stitch toy. Then have us pull forward just to waiton double dipped burnt fries. Not sure if they are understaffed or just having a bad day. But it wasn't 6 months ago I calledthe manager just to tell them how amazing this store was. Historically, they do a pretty good job with the food and service. In the last couple of weeks, every time I drive up and... someone else drives up and the other lane they take their order first, while I'm still waiting, then another car drives up andthey take that order also, well I'm still waiting. No one is at the front counter. Waited for 10 mins with screaming kids and finally placed a kiosk order. Staff was annoyed... that anyone was inside the store. Need a straw, ketchup, or napkins? You are out of luck because those are now behind theunmanned counter. The playground was clean and nice. Read more
I've been stopping on and off here for a few months and yes it is hit and miss service all the time. This morning however my OJ... order was a bit too much for the system. Coffee and OJ ordered, pull up to the window and waited at least 7 minutes and finallyget coffee. The person tells me that the OJ will be a moment. A few more minutes pass then another person tells me "pull up". Iask a few times, are you really going to make me pull forward for an OJ?" The response, "look at the line behind you' as if Iwas the cause of the long line. I get in this day its hard to find good people but isn't possible to train the people you havenot to be rude? Love their frappes but they burn their burgers a lot. That's why I go to the south grand McDonald's, their burgers are perfect... there. Sorry guys, but you've gotta stop burning your burgers. Computers were out after I placed my order. I was told to go park and they would bring out my order in 10 minutes. After 10... minutes they informed me I needed to get back in line at the drive through. I did that and reordered. When I got to the drivethrough window to pay they hadn't even put my order in. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get my order. No apology or anythingfrom the manager when I talked to him. Needless to say I won't be going back to that McDonald's again and I can't recommend itto others. Read more
Took away my 5 star rating. There?s been a lot of inconsistencies here for about a half a year now. This used to be my go to and... favorite McDonald?s in down. They mess up my order or short me food a lot. Tonight I ordered a size large meal and got a mediumcoke instead of a large. Asked for extra cheese and only got a half piece extra instead of a whole piece. Didn?t give me myreceipt so I can?t even complain to a manager, if I pay extra for something like extra cheese I expect the whole piece. They?vealso done things in the past like when I ordered a hamburger kids meal charged me for a cheeseburger kids meal and put nocheese, making me pay extra. I?ve had to call them out on this multiple times. They shorted me also on a McDouble and justhanded it to me out the window, didn?t seem to care I had to go back through the line and the rest of my family?s food was cold. Very busy. A robotic atmosphere. No eye contact or a greeting. Just grab your bag and go. I pushed the need assistance button... and no one ever came. Greatful for a few kind fellow customers, I would not have placed an order if not for them. Acknowledgeyour constituents and act as if we really matter. Read more
