Tried to stop by through the drive thru and never got our order taken. The lady before us ordered and was cut off by the other... line, so we waited for a bit. when we finally tried to order, there was no one there but silence when we said "hello". Howeveryou could hear the worker taking the other lanes order for two cars after us. Confused and exasperated, we waited for an openingin the lien and drove out of the queue. Read more

All 7 locations owned by this particular franchisee have below average review score's for a reason! Let me start off by saying... that I never expect great service or great food from mc. donalds. I understand that you get what you pay for. But on this dayat this location the food I got was not even edible. Upon arriving home and opening the bag I realized that the food I receivedwas so undercooked it would be hazardous to consume. I love mc donalds. But this particular franchisee should be ashamed. The bacon, egg, and biscuit sandwiches were freshly made and hot when delivered to my table. However, the cooks should drain the... bacon before putting it in the biscuit; otherwise it's too greasy. The unsweetened ice tea is good. Read more
Everytime we order drive through or delivery from this location they forget 1+ item. Sometimes we will get sauces, but no... nuggets. We will order a meal and receive the drink carrier and a straw but no drink. Read more
Everything was fresh and hot even after the drive home. The employee was polite and courteous. It did take a few minutes longer... than I expected since I used the app to order but nothing outrageous and fresh hot food was a good trade. Read more
Cold coffee, and this isn't the first time at this location. I even contacted their corporate office about this poor... management. If you can't train your staff to serve coffee that is actually hot, then just don't offer coffee on themenu...problem solved. I wasn't going to give any stars but the review made me. I would recommend new management, but we knowthat rarely happens, so just change the menu options. No coffee after Noon, that's better than COLD COFFEE. Read more
