I order the McRib combo large with and extra McRib for a dollar. When I got to the window they tried to charge me $14.89. We got... that straightened out, but then when I got my food they gave me a medium fry. I told them I ordered the combo large. Theyproceeded to tell me that I only paid for the medium. I told them to charge me the difference but I wanted the large. They actedlike it was my fault. Read more
Restaurant was clean and nice. Food was not the best. Fries were cold and limp. The big Mac looked like it had been shook up in... box. It was a mess. The mcrib was also a mess and cold. It sure didn't look like their ads. Read more
Beware of the drive through. Check the accuracy of the order before you get on the interstate. Twice I've been to this location.... Twice the order was incorrect. This last time I checked the order before leaving the lot. I confronted the manager who wasneither surprised that the order was incorrect or being informed that this had happened previously. He seemed unconcerned. Irecommend people avoid this restaurant and eat at Hardee's across the street. I did and my order was correct. Amazing, huh. Read more

Walked in restaurant and instantly was told it?ll be a couple minutes and to use the kiosk. There was no sweet tea or unsweet in... the lobby, when I got my order taken the employee was rude, didn?t speak, and didn?t repeat my order. The restaurant was dirtyand the employees only seemed like they cared about the drive-through orders not the dine-in orders. This McDonald?s used to bevery good and now it?s just not simple as that. Had what was definitely the best Quarter Pounder with cheese I've ever had at this location. The burger was cooked just shy... medium and did not sit under a heat lamp for very long. Both me and my wife commented on how good the burger was, it caught usoff guard because our expectations for McDonald's are honestly pretty low. Read more
Just went there and just like a few times ago, they didn't give me all my order. Also the tea machine is broke down so the sweet... tea looks like dirty water and was NOT sweet at all. The gentleman that was working noticed my face when I took a drink and seenthe woman from Door-Dash and asked if something was wrong? I told him about the tea and he fixed it and gave us new tea! Secondtime it was sweet but taste's like colored sugar water ???? He was extremely professional and helped us and the woman fromDoor-Dash. Thank you Sir for helping us and being honest. Read more
We have been going to McDonald's since we were 16. The service was great before they expanded the menu so large that something... is always missing from our orders. We went on a 5 hour ride, the kids were hungry on the way back. We stopped to get a coupleof cheeseburgers and fries, a quarter-pounder and a fish sandwich. The service was so slow. When I asked the girl at thecounter how long it was going to be, she said, "We have a lot of people in the drive through". So people that order inside therestaurant have to wait until all cars in the drive through get finished? 5 of us had already gone to the restroom (afterordering our food), and we still had to wait another 20 minutes. This is a FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT! We got back on theexpressway, and low and behold . . . NO FRIES in the bag, but we paid for them, and the next exit to go back was 20 miles away. COME ON MCDONALD'S! You have the computer Ed order right in front of where you bag the food. It is not rocket science. Read more
