I was in the drive through and just saw someone order and pulled up. I sat there for 5 min and even said hello to get the... attention of the teller and got no response. I had to leave and when I drove by I see the them standing with their arms foldedwith no headset on. On a plus spotted a BK a couple miles down the road and got great service. Read more
Food was ok and at the normal level you would expect from a MCDs but the service was iffy. The automatically upsized our order,... which gave us much more food at a higher price than anticipated. They also were not accurate with our order as well. Read more
The South Grand location is absolutely awful. Went there for breakfast and waited in one lane for a few minutes. Someone came on... the speaker and halfway through our order said to hold on and left. 5 cars in the other lane finished ordering and pulledforward before she came back. The entire order was incorrect when we pulled around so i repeated it to the person in the backdrive window 3 times once we pulled around. Then she still got it wrong and my coffee was made incorrectly and tasted burnt. Mypartner threw his out because he couldn't stand the burnt coffee taste. The muffins on my sausage muffin and my partner's eggMcMuffin were not toasted. This was up there with the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. Funniest thing was when I wastelling people about my experience I didn't even have to tell them which McDonald's it was. Of the 5 separate people I toldevery one of them asked if it was the South Grand location, because that's the worst one in town. Read more
