Let me preface by saying that we did have a large party. So I understand to a certain degree. Our waiter was super sweet and did... a great job and was probably overwhelmed. But when you're waiting over an hour for your food when you have small children withyou, it's just unacceptable. When our food did come out, things were missing and one person didn't get her food for a good tenminutes after everyone else had theirs. I asked for hot sauce and was brought a bowl of salsa Verde (which they charged me $4for) the woman that sat across from me had a hair embedded in her chicken fajitas and they took her plate but never brought herout more food. Then they only took off half her meal price when she didn't even eat any of it. She asked for the manager and wastold there was no manager on duty tonight, that it was just the workers. The ac pipes on the ceiling were dripping withcondensation and dripped all over the tables behind us and the floor, but no wet floor signs were out. They had only salt,pepper, ketchup and sugar on the tables. Ketchup? Really? I wanna know who puts ketchup on their Mexican food please. Then whenit was time to pay, I gave him my card and he disappeared with it for 35 minutes before bringing it back. Just over all, aterrible experience. I do not recommend this place at all. I have always loved to eat at Los Rancheros but the restaurant has gone down hill fast in the last few months. My family ate... there and they wanted to charge us $1.50 per person to have plastic silverware & cups. No restaurant should charge you forsilverware and cups. That is price gauging at its finest. When I asked about it they said that they had been doing it for yearswhich is not true. Then they said that even if you get to-go orders you must pay for the plastic silverware & cups. Therestaurant also does not accommodate in regards to seating. Read more
Very clean, great service and the food was really good. It is not served spicy whatsoever. Hot sauce is available to choose... your own heat level which I really appreciated. The frozen Margarita was poured well too! Read more
I almost wish this was my local. Amazing place. Like A++ food. Even the table salsa is top notch. The Chalupas? Fuggeddaboudit!... And the man behind the bar takes care of business. Should definitely be scouted for a top venue. Read more
The food was fresh and delicious including their salsa and chip appetizer. Dinner was served promptly and the service was great.... We also enjoyed the Margarita Tower. Will definitely return soon. Read more
