Paid 21 $ for the new coconut shrimp Platter with two extra fish fillers the . To be cheated on the portions the platter is... supposed to come with 3 hush puppies , two fillers, a decent amount of shirmps and two sides. We choose the green beans andfries me and my husband share meals when we know they are big enough . Well to our surprise when we got home and we see thesmall portions. No green beans no hush puppies and very little fries and shirmps oh and the box use for the platter is thesmall/medium box when is supposed to be the big one. Also as we where waiting for the order we saw the young teens workers therejust fooling around instead of doing their job main reason for my disasters order. Read more
Awful we ordered 2 meals 1 meal was 2 piece of fish w ff 2nd meal was 2 fish and chicken added an order of clams... the fish... looked weird and flat no taste and the chicken was so tuff.. the clams was ok just not very many like it was half an order itwas not worth the 35.00 bucks Read more
I wouldnt get drinks here. $10 for 3 drinks (32 oz). Waste of money right there. I will go to a gas station for drinks next... time.. they make it seem like it?s part of a meal. But no you?re getting charged for it. Read more
Super impressed with this visit. Unfortunately the lobby was closed and they had everyone use the drive through. They took my... coupon without any issue and parked me. Very soon after fresh hot food brought to me. All were very friendly and happy to beat work... As anyone should be... Happy I choose them that night. Read more
I've never visited this location before. I was not impressed. The chicken planks tasted like they were old. We waited over 20... minutes in the drive- thru. This is expected with fresh food. We definitely didn't get fresh food. I asked for severalcondiments. I also asked for extra malt vinegar. I didn't receive any. We drive 35 minutes just for Long John silvers. Next timeI'll visit Dirkson Parkway location. We never had a problem at that location. Read more
The food was cold, had to return the hamburger I ordered and received another that was cool NOT HOT! The only thing that was hot... was my fries. I initially went there to get the A&W Rootbeer mug anniversary addition. In addition I was told that thispiticular location does not change their oil. What made matters worse when someone brought back an order to exchange it foranother one they had put the food back in the place where they(servers) get it. The location in Bloomington is an excellentlocation and food is perfect. Read more
