Drive thru was very slow. Order 3 all white dinner. The chicken was over cooked, coating was hard and the meat is very dry,... the wing was a 1/3 of a wing. The green beans were not strained half of it was water, bottom of biscuit was gone and orderedno ice root beer it was mostly carbonated water. Read more
Worst service in town. Don?t bother with ordering online, they don?t start putting together your order until you get there. Then... you will wait about 10 minutes, after which some jerk employee says you need to learn to be patient. Actually, I just need tolearn not to return to your store. Consider that lesson learned. I ordered a two piece dark meat original and got one extra crispy ?breast? - even it was odd shaped and just one piece, not... two. Was not told my order wasn?t able to be filled as ordered. Also, who needs 6 packs of hot sauce and 5 ketchup for a famousbowl and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes? Oh, and it was 4:15 and I was the only person in the drive thru. Read more
We ordered online and waited until the appropriate time to pick up. I pulled to the drive thru where no one was waiting before I... could say anything more than "I am picking up" the person said "nuh uh, you gotta come in for that". We went in and were toldshe was getting it started. No air inside, feel bad for the workers. They were carrying what appeared to be frozen waterballoons to stay cool. Of the 5 employees one was scooping the sides together for our order. It took about 10 additional minutesto get the order together. We had ordered the Side Lovers 8 piece tenders meal with 4 biscuits a large mashed potatoes andgravy, large mac n cheese and fries. We added 2 more large mashed potatoes and gravy and 2 drinks. What we got was 8 small bitsof dried up chicken, 3 mashed no gravy, burnt mac n cheese and 4 pancakes. I went back in to get the gravy and fries. They gaveme one gravy and a half box of fries. They were not busy, but the dining room was dirty and the entire floor was sticky. I triedto be courteous and give them a 25 minute heads up as I know the service industry is really awful right now. It seems higherwages has led to a worse working environment and the need to hire sub par employees just to be able to have a body in the store.Needless to say we won't be back. Read more
Today 2/1/22 the worst exp at a KFC I have ever had. 40 min in the drive-thru with only 2 people ahead of me. Absolute rude... order taker. 1 employee working the whole time taking order with headset, filling orders, and taking money and working drive-thru window. the other person their walked around the whole 40 minutes and did nothing. What I ordered was $20 family fill up.The 1 employee that was working came to window after filling my order and asked me what I ordered and them mumbled back tostation refilling order again. I could see she made it extra crispy instead of original. The one female working clearly couldnot even close the containers with the long fake nails she had on. Working with 1 hand gloved and other hand bare and scratchingher head often with no net. When I Got home went through the food. I was given 5 breast, 3 wings, and 1 thigh. Absolutely noexplanations. The following photos shows the very lumpy gravy and mashed potatoes that weren't even mixed properly you can seeclusters of the dry potatoes powder though out them. Clearly she did not want to be there. All I say is put the closed sign uplock the door go home vs poor service and food. Whats so bad is the other major multi-store chicken chain in town is just asbad. 5-5-2022 update No improvement in the quality of the food or the courtesy of the employees. Maybe the worst KFC I have ever tasted. My wife picked up a meal on the way home for the family. We usually have original... recipe, but recently we have been enjoying the crispy. She had to wait for it to cook, so I know that it was fresh, however itwas dry, smelled like charcoal. I'm not sure if it was left in the fryer too long, or the grease was a week old, but it wasnasty. It wasn't a total loss though, the cole slaw and the mashed potatoes were O.K. Read more
Went in to order and the women at the desk said to me " What do you want?" Excuse me! Then they already had everything closed at... 8:15pm. They close at 10pm. It gets better the manager told the employees to make sure this was their last order so they canleave. In front of us too. Read more
