Placed a delivery order on 4/23 at 11:41am. The store received the order at 11:42am. By 12:43pm it still wasn?t out for... delivery. I called the store to cancel my order and get my money refunded. The woman who answered the phone placed me on holdfor 15 minutes!! By this time it was 1pm! I hung up and called back and a man answered. He was very nice and apologized, eventhough I never got a reason why my order never came. Unacceptable. If an order is going to take longer than 30-45 minutes thestore needs to communicate this to the customer somehow. Read more
Yesterday I ordered a Turkey tom with no tomato, I ordered at 6:00 pm. I am aware that Jimmy Johns closes at 8pm. I received a... confirmation email saying that the store had gotten my order at 6:03pm. It was not until 6:55 that I was told my order was onits way. Almost an hour and a half later (7:25pm) did my order get delivered. Never got a call saying it would be that long, andwith a slogan of 'freaky fast delivery' I found it pretty funny. I am well aware of the responsibilities of food workers, as Iused to be a waitress, but after an hour and a half of waiting on my order and finally getting it, I did not even get anexplanation or apology for the wait. If I would have received some explanation or even a simple apology, I wouldn't be AS upset.I go to Jimmy Johns in Decatur (where I'm from) and have never had an issue. Not sure what happened with Jimmy John's. Just ordered and my sandwich literally has 1 and a half slices of meat. 3 small... tomatoes. This sandwich is a joke. Will not be going back again. Read more
Ordered online, took over an hour. Driver finally got here and told me he just got into work. They didn't even call him to say... orders were backed up. I've never waited for jjs so long In my life. Order from the other locations. The one on Chatham road forexample is excellent. Read more
This is a chain sandwich shop, so what you see is what you get. That said, this store is usually clean, the service is good and... the bread is fresh. The bathrooms are clean. Overall it is a good Jimmy John's to go to. They are fast, of course! I almostalways get the Vito, and the avocado spread is green and fresh every time. Read more
They're always fast and friendly, I have done takeout and delivery both from this location. They have never gotten my order... wrong and the food is always fresh. Minus one star just because JJ as a company is pricey especially for delivery. Read more
