Came in with a group of 4 people, we stood in the lobby for at least 10 mins before another family came in. They asked us how... long we had been waiting, when we told them the guy went and hollered in to the back to let them know there was people outthere. We get a "be right there" response and wait another 15 mins before we finally said screw it and left. If it was busy I'dunderstand but there was a whole one table with one person at it in the entire dining room. This is the second time we've leftwith no food or even seeing an employee. Read more

I visited the ihop on Wabash and Springfield Illinois on Saturday September the 17th 2022 there was very little help in the... restaurant they were not very attentive to the patrons at the tables everything was filthy dirty from the moment that I sat downmy table was sticky the seat was sticky the floor was sticky I began to look around and notice that all the tables were dirtyand sticky even the ones that people were sitting at and those that were vacated I felt like I seriously needed to take a showerafter I left there I am not A person who is a germ freak but this place grows to me out and the food was poor quality. Food was ok, the dining room was in need of cleaning. Floors, tables, booths, and chairs all had sticky syrup, tables had gum... under, floors where sticky and covered with small items. Very surprising because the restaurant had maybe 5 tables in it atmost at a 2pm on a Monday. If the dining room looked like this, what does the kitchen look like??? People were walking out left and right. Including us. I have no idea what was going on. But I don't think we will return. People... were leaving due to wait times after the order was placed. We waited for almost 20 and still no staff interactions to take us toa table. Only like 12 customers in the place. One table waited at the register for about 20 minutes to cash out even thoughthey never got their food. Staff member came out and was like where are you going? You haven't had your food yet. Our waitress Destiny was FANTASTIC!! The only reason I'm rating y'all a 1 is there wasn't an option for ZERO. The windows were... covered in sticky hand prints, window sills covered in dust, our table was covered in crumbs, the floor looked like it hadn'tbeen swept all day, the front door glass was covered in sticky hand prints and someone in the kitchen (female) was yelling andscreaming the first 20min we were there. Hit up the IHOP after a night out with friends! Fortunately missed the rush! But our server Allah did an excellent job and the... cook was on point! Restaurant was clean and service was good and fast! Got our bellies full just in time before I perished!! Read more
If you're looking for a place to sit down and eat, this would be a good one. Wouldn't recommend it as a place to dine on a date,... but for a casual meal, yes. The service was not very welcoming. Felt more like they were just ready for me to leave and I didn'tssk for anything extra, not even a refill. Despite everything though, I didn't leave anything on my plate so the food was prettygood!
