We try to eat here whenever we go to Springfield. As far as "fast food" goes, the food quality seems to be very good. I can only... describe it as if Culver's and Steak n Shake had a baby. However, I would rate the french fries here better than either of thetwo aforementioned restaurants! And the dipping sauce is the "icing on the cake". I love Freddy?s overall, but this drive-thru was absolute chaos. There were only 2 cars in front of us and it took 40 minutes,... so count the cars in front of you and plan on 20 minutes per car before you decide to wait. They were also out of all chocolateice cream, Diet Pepsi, large cups, and who knows what else? If you are craving Freddy?s, find a different one! Read more

Always have a great experience at both of the Freddy's locations in Springfield. The food is always freshly made, made... correctly, and it never takes long. We mostly use the drive-thru, but have had a good experience inside both locations also.Probably our favorite place for delicious drive-thru food! Read more

The food and service were good. Didn't give them 5 stars because they did not put napkins in the bag and did not give the sauce... requested. I parked and went inside. They said they had run out of napkins. They did give me the right sauce once I wentinside. I cook at home 90 percent of the time; I will be increasing that percentage. Read more

So I will say the food was good. I just wish it would have been right. 2 out of 3 sandwiches were wrong. The kids ordered... vanilla malts and got pumpkin something??? Meanwhile I could see 6 people in back, only 2 of which were working the whole 20minutes we sat at the window. Do you even have a night manager?
