Reviews for Domino's Pizza in Springfield, IL
Crust was sorta black. Sauce on the crust? I asked for extra sauce but didn't get it. Pizza was subpar. I love pepperoni and... bacon just not this time. I have a coupon for a free pizza but I don't want to use it if it's going to taste like dry overcookedpizza. Once again pepperoni and bacon is my favorite, not close this time Read more
The absolute worst service ever experienced with Dominos. Placed my order at 8:30 pm, pizza arrived at 9:46pm. Called the store... 3 times, placed on hold and abandoned twice. Third call, I spoke with a manager. I started that complaining customers wasn'tsolutions not excuses. He said, oh well, take care... and hung up Read more
Dear Management. It would be prudent to discuss better people skills with your staff. To talk mess about a customer for walking... into the store wearing headphones is absolutely unnecessary. What if I was mute and unable to verbally communicate with them? Iplaced my order online, and waited patiently for it to be done. There's no need for snickers like school children that theymistakenly THOUGHT I couldn't hear. Just because I'm wearing ear buds doesn't mean I'm incapable of hearing. These people needto learn some respect, and home training. Someone should teach them that people come in different shapes, sizes, and may also bedisabled. Therefore it's best to shut their rude mouths before assuming anything about a paying customer. The lack ofprofessionalism displayed here today is of what I haven't experienced before. It's a shame because this has been our go to storefor years. I guess y'all just hire anybody to represent the business in which we will take ours elsewhere. Read more
Great staff. They seem, cohesive. They seem to be allowed to listen to music, if they aren't required to interact otherwise.... That is an important comfort to the mind. Personal freedom, to express some part of your truth. This Domino's, here. I loved. Ihad some trouble knowing what I could order, but I'm a bit slow with written menus. It could be neat to see a hologram of thepizza you're describing. Crust, add base, ingredients... Like an arcade game for kids, but you get a pizza at the end instead oftickets. Sorry, freedom gets my creativity going. Thinking about the nice people I met at that dominos, makes me feel moreinspired than the feeling of being full on pizza. Great pizza though. Read more
The order was in and completed quicker than the tracker. Well done
On June 15, 2021 I called to place an order. Who knew a call center would answer? Any way I had to be transferred back to the... store........they never answered. I mean, I sat on hold and listened to the manager specials for 10 minutes before I drove tothe store. Arrived at the store, my call still on hold for now 23 minutes unanswered, I walk in to see 2 guys sitting on thecounter and 2 others working. I ask if they answer the phone and they inform me "no we rely on the call center, if we answeryou can't hear us, or we can't hear you." Maybe if the music that was blasting was turned down you would hear customers????after all, aren't phone calls part of the job? Anyway, there is enough rules to get a pizza at this place to never orderagain, no you can't use the drive up window to place an order, and apparently you can't call to place an order. What ajoke Now as for my pizza, can you teach your people how to dock (toss)? It's not hard to create a pizza without bubbles thatare bigger than golf balls. Don't order hear it's not worth it Read more
Update on Domino's horrible services. This time 6-15-2021 I called got the call center and was transferred to the store. The... store picked up the phone and put it on hold and never answered. I arrived at this location was informed they don't answer thephone cause they can't hear it. If they turned the music down you could hear your customer. This location is horrible, acorporate inspector needs to come check our these business practices for 1 thing. The next thing is how many rules do you haveto order a pizza? You can't place an order at a drive up, you can't call because they don't answer. Only option is to goinside, place your order and be asked 5 times "what was that" by the guys sitting on the counter when you walk in while you'reon hold with the restaurant cause they won't turn their music down. These employees need to realize they are in the restaurantfor customers and not for a social gathering with their friends listening to music. This is a joke of a store. Really need toget it together. Domino's in Springfield was much better when the Canadians had ownership. Original post from May 2021.washorrible,, hand tossed filled with bubbles, gross. Mask wearing by team members only when approaching a customer. They willget your order right at least 45% of the time. I posted my experience online with a picture of my horrible pizza in a tweet. Received a response from Domino's corporate for a DM conversation. Local store on S 5th is to be reaching out to me, hmmmmmwonder if that is really going to happen? Not in a timely I know after a week. Read more
