I ordered at the drive thru, waited an acceptable amount of time, food came out, got home, missing 2 orders of fries. Called... them immediately, explained, they asked for my address to send me some coupons. Been like 3 weeks nothing. The food we got wasgreat and served in a timely manner. However, still waiting on my coupons. Would have given a 5 star had I received them. Read more

Love their food and customer service. Although busy and there's a wait, they're friendly and don't seem rushed.
Currently chomping through their "fresh" burger and it feels like it's on a Walmart bun. It came out way too fast, like it was... fast food prepped- not made to order. It did not taste made-to-order fresh. The bun was dense, chewy, and not melt-in-your-mouthbuttery toasted. We have been to many many Culver's around the country, each time having the familiar, delicious, excellentexperience, and this one is a disgrace. Read more

Delicious as always and the order arrived quickly. I even got a pup cup for my canine friend.
