We made reservations for dinner on Sunday evening, though they ended up not being needed. The staff was very courteous and... seated us quickly. Our server was Ellie B, who was amazing! Very attentive and wonderful. The food was cooked perfectly,absolutely delicious. We ordered a bottle of wine, both got surf and turf with filet medallions (salmon and grouper), anddeserts. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary by coming back to Coppers Hawk. We've been coming here for the past 4... anniversaries and always receive a great meal with great service. We had the trio of medallions and the filet. They were cookedto perfection. We did receive a free couple of glasses of champagne and 2 chocolate truffles. Which made for a perfect nightout. I’ve been wanting to try CH for forever, but i’m not located in the Midwest anymore! I’ve hear many good things - and when... I was visiting my mum decided to take me. It was a fun experience! Our server was very great, and made sure we got to tastemultiple wines before we found the one we settled on. If I’m being honest, it wasn’t my favorite wine in the world but notbad by any standards. For food, I got the filet medallions with asparagus. Each one was topped with something different: crustedbleu cheese, horseradish, and Parmesan. I also changed my side to the wasabi buttered potatoes. It was all great! The filetmedallions were cooked to a perfect medium rare and my favorite topping was the bleu cheese. I enjoyed the wasabi butter on thepotatoes, as well! My mum and her husband both enjoyed their dishes. She got the pork chops and I believe he got a short rib?They both loved it. First time at this location but have been to other locations many time in my life. The food was perfect. We got Surf and Turf... with medallions and shrimp, Chopped BBQ chicken salad and a side of wasabi potatoes. Yum! The passionfruit sangria wasdelicious! Lunch was phenomenal!!! Best margarita ever. Potstickers and Asian slaw was delicious ???? I had the gnocchi carbonara which was... out of this world!!! My friend had the pork chop and said it was fantastic. Kudos to the chef!!!! Waitress was a bit flighty andtook a while to get our orders but the food totally made up for it!!!! Read more

A fantastic meal with a wonderful server, my dining partner and i noticed it was by far the most romantic of the restaurants in... springfield, and the quality was fantastic. Clean, spacious and minimalist, the food is fantastic the drinks are better andfor the quality the price is phenomenal. The wait times are absolutely enormous though. One of our favorite restaurants of all time! We came back for my birthday and brought friends who had never been. The experience... was wonderful and the food was delicious, as always. They brought their artisan cheese plate back for the season and I enjoyedthe new cheeses and toppings. We also had the southwestern egg rolls, which are always a hit. We drank a bottle of romance redwine, which I order every time I go, and a bottle of passion fruit wine. I had never had the passion fruit but it was very lightand tasty. For our entrees my friends had the special which was filet medallions with lobster gratin. They both loved it. I gotmy all time favorite braised short ribs and my fiance had the salmon which we'd never had before but was fantastic! Service waswonderful as always. Will return soon. Read more
