The new Silk Plant Based Almond Milk ice cream is 10/10! Got almond and pecan mix ins.????Highly recommend! Definitely need to... try the shake next time! I told them I had dairy allergies, and they were super accommodating! They made mine on a separate areain the back instead of on the main surface out front. Really impressed that they were so nice and helpful about it!???? Thewhole place was clean too. It's so great that more businesses are offering plant based options! ???? Read more

So?? we drove all across town for great ice cream and they were out of cake batter or too lazy to get it out. Had to ask for a... napkin. The guy gave me a torn piece of a bathroom white Pepe towel you wipe you hands on. It was at the end of the roll so meand my husband shared a small square. Tables were filthy. Another customer asked for their table to be cleaned. He cleaned thatone but walked past the other 3 that were ddirty. The shades have old ice cream all over them. Looks like nothing has beensanitized or cleaned ever. Wow. This used to be a higher end nice ice cream shop. Well it?s ran down hill just like everythingelse in the capital. What a shame. Doesn?t like to fulfill DoorDash orders. Even though they are open. Automatically keep cancelling mine, unacceptable!

The staff did not even know their own menu. The worker started making a signature ice cream dish, but had to keep looking at the... menu to see what goes into the dish. Then half way through, the worker realized that they did not have all the ingredients. Wehad to choose another item, but it was not what we wanted. Along with that, the workers did not wear gloves and the personmaking the ice cream picked something out of his hair and continued making the ice cream. Thank goodness he was not making myice cream, but someone else?s. Will not be returning. Read more

I made the trip to cold stone tonight and was just a bit taken back. There were 4 workers. 3 doing front line and one in the... back doing prep/dishes. There was a long line of people including the three in my party. Of the three front line workers, onlyone seemed to know what was even going on. The other two performed as if it was their first day. Asking several times what wewanted. Making it wrong the first time. We were polite and reminded him that the item we ordered had two more ingredients in itand needed to be in a waffle bowl. Another member of my party requested a strawberry banana smoothie. The worker then proceededto scoop strawberry ice cream into a blender, add ice then pour into a cup. It was barely half way full, watery and just notwhat we ordered. He put it up on the counter and asked us to taste it to see if it was okay. It obviously wasn?t. The workerthat seemed to know what he was doing stepped in and remade it for us. There was just so much disorganization and questioning ofsimple things I just don?t know what to say besides I hope they do some more training with these employees. I shouldn?t have toprompt a worker as to what goes into one of the main menu items. Read more

Didn?t stand around long. The manager is impressive, knows how to train and run the helm at the same time. Not sure who she was... but it was 4/2 around 4:00pm. She deserves kudos Read more
