Managed poorly. When you book online birthday, it lists all this stuff you get then when you get there they dont have any of it.... Birthday parties are not very organized and employees don't communicate adequately. Overall not worth the money. Read more

I think this is one of the best Chuck E Cheeses that I have ever been in. It is under pretty new management but it is... excellent! The place is clean! The restrooms are clean, the games are clean, the games work, the food is good, the salad baris excellent if you are not into pizza and last but not least, the staff are the outstanding part. If there is a problem, wejust have to go ask or tel them the problem and it is taken care of. Two of the best are Will & Jennifer. They strive to makeyour visit happy and fun filled. We have been visiting the Springfield location because I have 4 grands within blocks of hereunder 7 for about 5 years and it is their favorite destination. My 3 year old and I just went to Springfield Chuck E. Cheese!! They had the animatronics still, which was great because that?s... what I remembered seeing as a kid and a couple others have gone away from them. Chuck E. walked around a couple times the 3hours we were here. Will is an awesome employee and helped my 3 year old feel more comfortable around the animatronics and wasvery sweet and kind!! We got here on a Tuesday right about 7 , we couldn?t order any food because they had already closed the kitchen . We ordered 2... wrist bands for 30 a piece for an hour . Guess i will find a place where we can v west . Thought this was pizza place . Thestaff was nice enough one floor worker was very sweet but the hygiene of him smelled bad of cat, the cook I was told was playingbasketball . Disappointing. Kids had fun with the games. Read more
Whew, I was pose to make this review a month ago! But I be busy, you gotta forgive a sista! We came Nov. 12th, when I say " we... had the best times of our life" I literally mean just that the staff was phenomenal! Any problem we had the Staff and managerswent beyond to accommodate the minor problems we had with book. When they say this is a place where a kid can be a kid! Welllet's just say I'm old enough to make Dressing like grandma's back in the day and I felt like the biggest kid there. Almost feltlike it was Birthday lmao, but shout out to them!!!
