Reviews for Biscuits + Brunch (Three Twigs & Co) in Springfield, IL
This review is based off the breakfast horseshoe I had with Nashville chicken. The thing for me that sets a restaurant apart is... the originality of it's menu options. I can't tell you how many times I said this is so good while I was eating it. I've nevertasted the combination of flavors this meal had. It was SO GOOD! Halfway through the meal I was already thinking I can't waitto come back here and try something else. I highly recommend checking it out. If you like it half as much as I did, you'll beglad you went. Enjoy! Read more
Delicious! I had the biscuits and gravy with the tomato potatoes on the side. It was delicious, but those tomato potatoes really... make it. I also had a honey lavender latte, which was sublime. Read more
Okay, yeah it was a long wait. That absolutely happens as food as being cooked to order and people just keep coming since they... know your food is excellent. Now to the good part. The food was amazing. We got the French toast, cheesy caprese biscuit andcountry cordon blue. Yes, yes and yes. The French toast needed no syrup and the challah bread was soft and wonderful. The cheeseon the caprese was melty with crispy fried bits and the balsamic was just the right touch. The chicken was juicy and it was atrylue country slice of ham - not lunch meat. Oh, I almost forgot the tasty maple sausage we ordered on the side. All in all,it was scrumptious! Read more
It was amazing. The fries and tomato potatoes were so fresh and full of flavor. The banana pie latte was also amazing!

We ordered the breakfast shoes - one regular and one with fried chicken. They were good but the eggs on them were fried (we... both ordered over easy). The potatoes were good (the tomato sauce had a little spicy kick to it). The gravy was good and thefried chicken was tender and delicious. It was good but not out of this world delicious. The servings were large. We would goback (but order the eggs specifically with runny yolks and not fried). All 4 of us ordered over easy and all 4 of us got friedeggs. The food is all made to order so expect to wait up to 30- 45 minutes after you order. This is not a fast foodrestaurant. Read more
Not bad at all! Probably one of the best brunch spots in Springfield. We went around 11:30 on a Sunday. There was good volume... and wasn?t overcrowded. The menu was balanced with a decent price point. It took about 45 minutes to get our food so be preparedto wait whether it is dine in or take out. I had the chicken biscuit which was really great. The chicken was perfectly flavored. The honey was present without be overpowering. The breakfast potatoes were really good. My cafe au lait with caramel will besomething I grab to go in the future. My friend enjoyed her food also. I tend to be overwhelmed by extremely dense desserts andsyrups but the pancakes were amazing. I gets my stamp, I recommend this place. Just don?t go too hungry because you willprobably have to wait. Read more
Traveling north or south on 55? This delicious, locally owned restaurants is worth the ten minute drive off the Highway.... Biscuits and Brunch did not disappoint. From the Chicago area, B+ B could hold its own among the delicious places we have here.In fact, I chatted with a partner in the restaurant, Clay and said they should expand closer to my home. (Hey a girl can dreamabout having delicious biscuits and gravy close to home) Anyway, come for the food, leave room for the pastries. Plus don?t belike us an leave before trying the homemade ice cream. I guess we will have to get back down 55 when we have a craving forsomething sweet! Keep up the great baking, Emily! Read more
