I fell in love with this shop at first sniff!! Luke Warm coffee is amazing... every flavor is wonderful. My favorite is their... Blueberry Crunch, yes it is as good as it smells! The art work on each bag is super cool! This is not only a coffee shop but agift shop too, with fabulous items you don't find everywhere. I bought a ring there that has quickly became my favorite pieceof jewelry! Love the Bean Counter! Read more

I ordered a mocha and it was absolutely delicious, the place smelled great, and they had a wide variety of great looking... products available. The pricing is typical of non-chain coffee.. I did not see whether or no it was fair trade. Unfortunately,the establishment does not have indoor seating. If they did I would be coming here a couple times a week while I waited on mymother running errands or to work for a few hours, but I cannot. I do not see myself coming back until I decide I want to browsethe store. The coffee is four stars, but I do not think the establishment should be labeled a café if it is not a sit-down. Read more
I used to go to the Bean Counter almost every day years ago. I was telling my boyfriend how amazing the coffee is and decided to... stop by since we're in Springfield. I always got the Black and White and it doesn't taste as good as it used to 10 years ago. Iwas sad to see that the chocolate was switched over to a powder instead of the liquid sauce :( Read more
Friendly staff and nice little place. They have a wide range of fun tea/coffee products. Build your own flavored latte let's you... try different combo of favor shots. They wife enjoyed walking through the boutique and checking out the clothes and othernovelty. Read more
Pricy, but awesome service and good drinks. I don't drink coffee, but I love their soy milk hot chocolate and fruit smoothies.... They make everything at the counter, and it's always fast.
