This store deserves zero stars. The owner is rude and so are the employees. I guess it's okay to order a cake, pay for it, and... go pick it up and the owner can refuse to give it to you. They refused to fix the mistake on the cake the next day.Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had this problem, so I will never go back to this store! Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location and as I pull up I notice the social distance sign in the window. This... isn?t my first time visiting this location during the mist of the pandemic so I was already aware of the ?7 people in store?guidelines, however these signs are tapped all around the establishment so they are visible to everyone. I waited in the carbecause as I counted there we?re already 11 people in the store. As I was waiting someone pulled up and went right in andproceeded to order at this point no one has come out and they are still over capacity. As people are leaving out i decided tohave me and my daughter and niece stand at the door so if anyone pulled up they would see we were waiting in line. Well, anotherguy walks up and goes right in front of us inside the store and waits inside in line. At this point I am assuming that they arefunctioning at full capacity because no one has been ask to wait outside and there is clearly more than 7 people in the storestill. So me and my two kids walk in and immediately we are asked to wait outside because of the ?7 rule? guidelines. As you canimagine I?m surprised. And I tell them well we were here first and people have been walking in front of us as were waiting, theworkers dismissed what I was saying and asked me and my kids to leave. The guy admits that he walked in front of us and was notask the wait outside. The worker says ?well there?s nothing I can do about that?. We leave, I go back inside to ask for amanager and to my surprise the very rude one is the manager. He puts his head down as I?m talking to him out his hand up in avery dismissive way and says if I don?t leave he?s calling the cops. I never place race card at all, because most things aremisunderstandings. But this was clear as day discrimination two young ladies standing outside came up to me and said theywitnessed what happened and would be reporting it as well. Great selection of ice cream flavors and quick staff for the steady business we saw while we were in there. The table area... needed to be cleaned, but it wasn't terrible. We all ordered a single scoop so $3 desserts aren't bad, but the serving size iscompact. Read more
Had to re-evaluate my review. Last couple of times there service was so so. Tonight it was down right horrible. After watching... my friend get his ice cream and walk out I waited 5inutes before anyone even acknowledged my existence. Whoever trained theseteenagers needs to teach them manners and customer service. It was very lacking. Not sure I can recommend going back anytimesoon. Read more
