By far the worst Wendy's I've been to in 30 years. Braindead zombie taking drive-thru orders. Couldn't be bothered to give a... receipt so of course they messed the entire order up. Wrong items, wrong drinks. Slow and unresponsive employees when trying tocorrect. Edit: Gave this location another try. Still awful. Still wrong orders. They couldn't even get the nugget count (4)correct in the kids meals. At this point you would think they are deliberately doing it. Check your orders before you leave,dont feel bad about the customers behind you. They already wait 20-30 minutes to get through the line. Fire whoever runs thisgarbage. Read more
The wendys in Springfield,Ga is the slowest one it literally take half an hour to an hour to get your food there. There no... reason for a restaurant to be this slow its been open over three months and it still faster to go home a fix a burger yourself. Something needs to give I shouldn't have to wait that long for a meal. They need to speed up or get better help. There isalways a long line no matter when you go there. Hell it's fast to go to huddle house or another restaurant in the area if yougot no time and need to hurry back to work for 30 min break. Great place to eat. I always order using the Wendy's app and it's helpful to clarify with your window person that it's all paid... on the app. But I got my food and my order is always fresh and exactly what I expect. Great service and the food is too notch. The line can be long so expect a wait in the drive thru or order online to go when carryout is open. Either way it's great! Read more
The inside was closed with no signs. Half of what I tried to order they were out of. Finally found a salad they had in stock to... get to the window and find out they were out of the dressing. And considering there were more employees inside that buildingthan I?ve seen any other fast food restaurants lately, there was no reason it took 35 minutes to get through the drive-thruline. Tonight I order food for me and my family and everything was cold and soggy. We had four easy meals. I try not to judge places... but every time I have come here it?s been gross, cold and soggy. And the entire time I was in the store all they did was playaround. I sat at the register for 10 minutes and nobody came to help me so I ended up just walking away because they were toobusy playing around to notice someone at the register.
