My 1st time coming to this Huddle House and my experience was fantastic! I arrived there yesterday night Thursday 8-18-22 and my... server was Bethann, and she was working ALL by her self I felt bad but she did it. Food was great so was our waitress and the cook.. My kid said this was great can we come here more often lol ????????

too long waiting time, 45 minutes, lots of takeout; I counted 13, it also arrives, I infer the children of the workers and,... surprise, they eat first, I mean they jump us, but it's okay they are children. here the thing is that we had the intention ofcelebrating with a delicious dinner, and nothing, after four glasses of soda, dinner arrives, the invisible bacon and burnt meatnot well cooked, the place is a sorry. I usually Luke the Huddle House. Have never been to this one before, and unfortunately my appetizer failed miserably. I ordered... a sampler. The fries and cheese sticks were ok, however, the fried pickes and jalapeno poppers were not fulled cooked, and withas awful texture. Maybe I will give it another chance in the future. Read more
Called in a breakfast order and picked up. The food was excellent and waitresses were nice. Stacie Rae was exceptional!! The... only complaint is that it took a little too long but they were slammed. Given that fact, I cannot fault anyone. Place was veryclean and had a great atmosphere. Read more
Patsie is a wonderful boss, she runs a tight ship but she definitely makes sure her and her employees have fun ! My family eats... at the Springfield location often , we usually have Ashleigh as our server . She is absolutely amazing, very polite, fast andfunny ! My kids love her ! When we do eat dinner we get Kimberly most of the time she is amazing as well , very funny and superpatient and polite as well ! The staffs team work is outstanding! But now that that is out of the way , all though I love cominghere the past couple of visits I have been very un Happy because of one of the servers, she is loud , rude , very impatient .She is just not polite at all !
