I feel like there is some problem with the pumps every time I?m here, go to the Parker?s across the street, it?s better.
Stopped here on the way out of town for some go-go juice for the car and teens. Very clean, decent selection, and nice cashiers.... Gas was high, but we all know that has almost nothing to do with the staff and/or owners of any gas station. We have stoppedhere a couple times in the past and they don't disappoint. Read more
EDIT: my last few stops here have been nothing but perfect.the restrooms were cleaned and maintained again and the food was hot... and fresh everytime. It really shows that they take feedback seriously and work towards making it an enjoyableexperience.awesome job to the staff at the store. Highly recommended store again. Old post: I used to really enjoy this storebut two things have happened. The mens bathroom has completely stopped being taken care of. It's almost like they refuse to puttoilet paper in there so everyone uses paper towels and it stops the toilet. The toilet and floors are constantly covered infeces and the trash is never taken out or picked up off of the floor. Bathrooms are big for me and my crew because we workoutside without restrooms. The second is the food. The quality has gone waaaaaay down. The other day I noticed the tenders inthe hot bar were expired. I asked the employee if the tenders in the hot bar were made at the same time as the ones displayed inthe hot grab and go and she said yes. I let her know they were expired and she tossed the ones in the grab and go but thenfilled new containers with the same old tenders in the display and just put new expire times on them.... I'm sorry but that isdisgusting. Its bad enough to do that, but to blatantly do it in front of a customer and Try to sell them the same expiredtenders is a little insulting. I love enmarket stores and I try to support the business where I can but if the Springfieldstore doesn't improve I'm going to have to take my crew to other options. Read more
Tried Enmarket after 2 years and a bad last experience. This time they were out of cigs! Back to Parker's!!
Just the simple fact that they support Apple Pay at both the pump and inside make it better than any other local competing gas... station. It makes it a way better and easier experience. Other places need to follow suit and support it. Read more

worst customer service ive ever seen anywhere. i have to wait 5 to 10 mins everytime i check out. employees are too busy having... a conversation to acknowledge you or greet you. have one employee checking people out while 4 employees stand behind the countersocializing and doing nothing. i dont go to this store unless i have to but when i do i always leave that place in a bad moodand wanting to kick someones ass.
