The middle age guy at the front desk seemed clueless and rude... My family of four was standing 5 ft from our party (6) to make... room for the walking isle and the guy at the front counter seemed arritated. He asked me rudely, did I need help after I hadbeen standing around him for over 10 mintues. Hey bud, I walked in here with 9 other people 10 mintues ago, your restaurantisn't busy, and your attitude is creating a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't even eaten. I took a star away for poor greetingand customer service. On the other hand our server was excellent! My rating was based on what I ordered. Some items ordered frommy party of 10, would had changed the rating. Tomahawk steak: 10/10. This was the best tomahawk steak I've ever eaten. It wascooked to perfection (medium) and perfectly seasoned. Extremely flavourful and not bland. I would come here for it. Cost wasaround $70 but worth it. Salad was fresh and great! Read more

We came on Easter Sunday for dinner and chose here because of the reviews and the breathtaking view of Zions. Our food was... delicious and very tasty. I ordered the Alfredo pasta with chicken and vegetables and I loved it . My wife got the same but withshrimp and loved it. My mom got the chicken fried steak and loved it. We'll definitely come back. We liked the reviews, so we chose to eat here for dinner for our last night in Springdale. Chris was friendly & efficient. Our... drinks & my salad came out cold and our food was hot. Husband enjoyed his country fried steak, mashed potatoes and white gravy.He ate every bite. He chose not to have the veggies. I had the 2 crab cakes and a dinner salad with bacon vinaigrette. The crabcakes were the best I?ve ever had, and the salad dressing was unique and delicious. We actually paid the same price for what wehad. This is a tourist town and prices are going up all the time, so be prepared to pay for good food. The prices here are alittle high. We were pleased with dinner as the food was good, and so was the service, so we happily paid the price. Read more

This gem is located south of the busy downtown section of Springdale. It was reccomended by our hotel and it was fantastic. ... There is an interesting drink menu, the meals were great and the inside and views were wonderful. The BQ ribs, $27, weretender and fell off the bone. The Iron was also tender and prepared to perfection. A can't miss place. Excellent service andsuggestion were made by Tiffany, our server. The Zion Shuttle does run to this location at stop #9.
