for starters, the only reason i?m rating it a one star is because zero is not an option. my mom and i headed through the drive... thru and were told to pull up and wait 10 minutes. we sat there for about 20 before i went inside to check. i asked the workersrepeatedly and was given no answer. i am appalled by the lack of service, and quite frankly respect. my enraged mothereventually came in and chewed them out before they gave us the wrong order. i do not recommend this establishment. The tables and inside store was a mess the straws and lids were not stocked my mom got the beef and broccoli there was only one... chunk of beef. Food was cold. I would give it a 1 but the staff was not rude just lazy. Read more
Flavor is low, presentation is sloppy, it's like I got the lunch rush leftovers. I would have rather been told to wait or pick... something else. I could barely see the mushroom chicken under my other entree, there was so little of it. I'll wait on thislocation to get a bit more trained before I return. Read more
Waited 30 mins for some orange chicken in the drive thru. That's what I call some slow fast food but i went inside to see what... was taking so long and I awkwardly waited at the counter while 90% of the staff just ignored me. Maby it's better during thelunch hours I went for breakfast other than that the place is clean food is good and the staff is nice (the ones who don'tignore you) honestly if you are not in a hurry its some good eats Read more
Good food,very popular so sometimes they sell out of certain dishes. Choices are good with limited time specials available while... they last. Online ordering, drive up service, dine in are all available. Drive up service is especially nice for online orderpick up. Prices are excellent and so is the food for a chain restaurant. I will never go here again. They had screwed my last order as I had not received the premium item I had ordered. So, Panda... Express gave me coupons for a small Entree. To use the coupon, I tried this place again. I ordered the Bigger Plate and smallEntree(coupon) this time. But what they give me is just Plate and small Entree. They "again" did not give me what I ordered andpaid. The whole entree item. I am too tired of this place and I recommend to jot visit here unless you enjoy not receiving itemsyou paid. Read more
There was about a 10 minute wait to order at the drive-thru speaker. Then about a 10 minute wait at the window for someone to... take payment. About 7 minutes or so later I was informed they didn't have the food I ordered. So I asked for my money back andall of a sudden they had my order. When I got to the hotel it wasn't the proper amount and they had packed it so poorly that thechicken was soggy and the juice from the power greens gave the chicken a weird taste (It seemed like they were trying to coverup for the lack of chicken). I then emailed Panda Guest Care and got zero response. I waisted about 30 minutes in the drive thru(and there was no one in line)- got to the hotel, saw the mess they gave me, and had to leave to get food from somewhere else.Then to not hear back from the customer care email let me know how much they care. The entire experience was horrible and amassive inconvenience. This was my 2nd and last trip to Panda Express. Read more
Great service and great food today at Panda Express. I just don't recommend Door Dash if you're getting a delivery. Coming in... to the store is great, very fast service with very fresh food with great portions. The price was right and I'll definitely beback. I even got to meet the Panda they had hanging out!
