I?ve seen this chipotle go only downhill fast for like the last year, I thought with the new management they would be better but... they are actually somehow worse than the managers before I think..... I don?t blame the new employees for the rudeness or lackof care. The GM is failing that team. Update 11-26 decided to come to this location because its close to my job (my mistake)and bit into a piece of hair in my tacos, completely disgusting, make your employees wear hats/hair nets. Never had such a pathetic experience at any chipotle ever. They were out of so many items at the dinner on a Friday. The server... poured a ladle full off spicy salsa on my bowl like it was the main course. The spicy ????? salsa is spicier than any salsa Ihave ever had any Chipotle. They only had 2 employees working an the place was extremely busy. The 2 employees working this evening really rocked it. Terrible experience. They were only taking online orders, so we ordered online. It wasn?t ready when it was supposed to be... ready. Then they tell us (after we received the food) that they are out of lettuce, tomatoes, chips, and salsa. We only got halfof what we ordered because of the chip and salsa shortage and what we did get was missing the lettuce and tomatoes. We asked fora refund on the chips/salsa and chips/queso that we didn?t get (yet paid for). Nope. They said that they can?t give refunds ononline orders. They told us we?d have to call for a refund. This was a disappointing experience as it was dinner time and they were packed but low on key items. They had no steak, no... fajita veggies, and ran out of ice. The only reason they get a 2 is that they were friendly(aside from requesting ice refillthree times) and it was clean. Read more

I ordered through DoorDash and I had ordered white rice along with barbacoa but instead I got NO RICE , and They gave me... chicken????instead of barbacoa , my bowl was full mostly out of black beans. We had ordered a takeout and on my fifth or sixth bite i realized the food in my mouth had metal blade pieces in my mouth from... the food in my mouth as i felt something sharp and hard in my mouth so i spat it out and found the two pieces of blades and alittle bit of blood taste in my mouth?luckily my cousin and wife had not consumed that much food. so we went back to chipotleand gave them all the food back(three burritos bowls and one cheese quesadilla as we didn't want to take any chances with any ofit) and asked for a refund only for the cost of food and we also told them we don't want any replacements either ?the staff onduty initially said they will refund it but after calling the manager over the phone the chipotle staff said that its not theirblade we found in there and that they will only refund the one bowl with blade and not the others needless to say very badservice we would not put blades in food ourselves and so we just decided to file a credit card dispute ?.we went back alsobecause we were trying to not have someone else swallow the blades not because we were trying to score a free meal or cause anyissues for anyone else. The quesadilla was for my five year old and that could have gone wrong in many ways. Plus most of thefood in there was not consumed by us to begin with which I'm very thankful for as no one wants to swallow sharp metals that canpotentially kill you. Read more
