Never had such a pathetic experience at any chipotle ever. They were out of so many items at the dinner on a Friday. The server... poured a ladle full off spicy salsa on my bowl like it was the main course. The spicy ????? salsa is spicier than any salsa Ihave ever had any Chipotle. They only had 2 employees working an the place was extremely busy. The 2 employees working this evening really rocked it. Terrible experience. They were only taking online orders, so we ordered online. It wasn?t ready when it was supposed to be... ready. Then they tell us (after we received the food) that they are out of lettuce, tomatoes, chips, and salsa. We only got halfof what we ordered because of the chip and salsa shortage and what we did get was missing the lettuce and tomatoes. We asked fora refund on the chips/salsa and chips/queso that we didn?t get (yet paid for). Nope. They said that they can?t give refunds ononline orders. They told us we?d have to call for a refund.
