They got almost everything right, we had a big order so I know it can get busy and hard to get it all, they don't label anything... though so we all had to dig through each one to figure them out. The staff was really nice and the guy behind the counter wassuper sweet and helpful. Read more
I love Wendy's and used to, this one never let me down. Such a shame that lately they have really been dropping the ball. Purchased a full-size parmesan caesar salad, received a salad with old-looking lettuce that was mostly the hard ends of the... lettuce that no one would want. Had to drive back up from Tonitown to receive a refund. When I returned the salad both themanager and employee had an attitude which I would describe as less than pleasant. I ordered door dash and had some items missing. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she told me she gave the... dasher two bags but I only received one. She said to come up there and she would give me the missing items. I guess the dasherwas rude with them also. The manager Maddie and her crew are amazing!! I won't be using door dash again. Read more
