This taco bell is right next to my house so I was excited when it opened. I eat a lot of fast food and taco bell being my... favorite that we have in the area. I have been to this place at least 10 times since it first opened and my order has only beenright 1-2 times. I ordered a meal and said i don't want lettuce or tomatoes on any of the stuff. I get my order and it haslettuce and tomatoes on it. I ask to get it corrected. The manager comes to the window and is very rude. She starts arguing withme about what I ordered to the point where is yelling at me. It was by far the worst service I have ever receivedanywhere. Today I go and order on the app pull into the drive through and tell them my name for mobile order. There were 3 carsahead of me all of which pulled into parking spots to wait for their food. They ask me to pull into a spot so I do. It took 35minutes to get my cravings box. No customers are inside, I understand if they are busy. But 35 minutes for a drink a taco andgordita is ridiculous. The people working today were at least polite which is nice. I have worked fast food and I understand itcan be stressful and hectic. I know that sometimes there is a wait on getting food. But this place is the worst Taco bell I haveever been to. Go to the next street over there is one on Sunset that is better. Edit- The staff seams to have completelychanged and the arguing manager seems to no longer be there. Read more

the overnight staff was absolutely amazing. They were only accepting cash & by the time we came back from next door they were... already closed, still took our order & were so kind & completely took care of us. All of you were so kind & made a pregnantwoman?s night THANK YOU ???????????? Read more

Absolutely ridiculous that it took almost an hour to get food from this place!! First I could not order an item from the menu,... only from the app! I downloaded the app, ordered, got confirmation our order was being made, so we waited in the parking lot.Only two cars parked for inside. Two people went thru the mobile app line and two thru the regular drive thru. And we stillwaited 35 minutes for our food!! Never again! We will drive to Springdale before going back there! Read more

Like other reviews of this place, like what is indicated, this taco bell needs a shake up, but not with everyone. Maybe new... management? I've worked at a tropical smoothie before who was pretty 2faced. But she was outstanding towards the customers atleast. And like the 1st comment/review about this place, sure, we all go thru things and have a hard time, but maybe customerservice ain't for you. Lottasrunk people come to Taco Bell and they are the most likely to do something you wouldn'twant....but the Sunset Taco Bell next to Braums has been 100% from the numerous times I've been therre. Loved it to see theElms Springs TB get opened, so close to me. But it's depressing and kind enraging to see people work in customer service sopoorly. And it's funny cause I've never seen restaurants post up on their signs "under new management" till I moved here fromthe east coast. This location seems a bit understaffed and I understand it's not exactly their fault with no one applying. Maybe the company... could offer better pay, which is what people really want. The inside was messy and tables aren't cleaned often. I went to getdinner once and it took a long time to get our order and they still messed up one of the meals. Will not go back to this location! Went through the drive thru, waited for a really long time then was asked to pull around and... park. No problem...i understand they were pretty busy. When they finally brought out my food, they brought out less than half ofthe order. Went inside to check on it and they had not even made the rest of it but had cleared the order off their screen. Theemployees were running food outside to customers with their gloves on and then coming right back in and making more food (in thesame gloves they just opened all the doors by touching). Gross! While I'm waiting, other people were coming inside to complainabout their food too. The manager was screaming super loud at the employees. FINALLY got my food and went home. Food wasmediocre at best. Super sloppy! And since when do bean and cheese burritos get piled with lettuce?! Read more

Went twice and both times the tacos were extremely soggy and cold on the bottom like they just took them out of a fridge or... freezer and microwaved them. The soft tacos were extremely greasy and wet and ordered 2 supreme and they only put meat andlettuce in them and nothing else, not what we ordered at all. The quesadilla was very greasy. Looking at others reviews I cantell this place is awful. Not only that they always seem to mess up everyone's order. Terrible place with terrible service. Iwill not be coming back. do not go to this taco bell under any circumstances. we showed up at approximately 10:00pm after i got off of work and ordered... two items, we were told to pull around and park because they were waiting on the chalupa. no biggie, i understand what it?s liketo be slammed and short staffed, it is beyond stressful. we sat for about 20 minutes, all the cars around us that had also beenparked got their food and were gone, so we called the location just to make sure it wasn?t accidentally given to another person.again, we?re only human, it happens. confrontation is not my thing and i was doing everything in my power to avoid it. the girl,probably a teenager (from a former teenager), answered the phone. we ask what happened and she responds ?well we don?t knowwhere it went so we?re trying to figure it out.? okay.. so we ask what we should do because it?s been 20 minutes. she says, ?ialready told you we made it but we don?t know where it went.? okay, well is there no way to remake it..? we have the receipt.chalupas only take about a minute and a half to fry, it shouldn?t be too big of an issue. the girl on the other end says, ?itold you four times we already made it.? i draw the line at complete and utter disrespect especially because i have been NOTHINGbut polite to her. middle of my next sentence she hangs up on me. in no way shape or form was the way she spoke to us okay inANY way and i hope she loses her job over this, and we will be contacting the main office in fort smith tomorrow. i waitedoutside the door and eventually the manager came out and was able to get me a receipt and told us the fryer wasn?t working,which wasn?t communicated to us before. she told us she would handle the employee but that girl is going to have to understandthat you can?t snap at people especially when working in customer service, and she better have been fired on the spot. we gotour refund and left at about 10:45. i am absolutely disgusted with the way we were spoken to and the Read more
