We arrived and parked at one of the order stations planning to get our food and eat in our car...we were greated by a voice that... tells us that we either have to order on the app or we have to go through the drive through window... Really???? We promptlyleft and went to eat somewhere else who better appreciates our business and values their customers and practices good customerservice. No...Just no. I have had soooo many bad experiences at this location that I just can't bring myself to go there unless I'm... buying a drink, and that's all. They are notorious for not answering the stalls when the drive thru is busy BTW. Just go to theJohnson location. Not that much further and much, much better food and service. Read more
My first paying job (not at THIS Sonic, but A Sonic). Paid about the same as the current minimum wage in the u.s. Got to work... with my brother and my sister. I'm noticing a trend in food delivery. You don't get what you ordered. And they don't seem to care. Ordered a supersonic... cheeseburger with mayonnaise lettuce and tomato. Lettuce and tomato missing. You cheap skates want to save food cost at myexpense? Shame on you Read more

Oh my stopped in for 2 waters a little before 11:00 am July 4th. We could see at least 3 people inside. It took several minutes... for someone to finally answer the intercom. After 15 minutes waiting for our water, we finally just left. Seriously SONIC!?!? Weremember the good old days when you had ?service with the speed of sound?. You might need to work on service. Ordered ahead online. Order was mostly correct. Was only missing the nerds in the kiddos slush. Ordered tender dinner again. Was... a few small strips but they kindly threw in 1 extra piece (without asking) which was extreme appreciated! Great customerservice! Gentlemen at the window was kind and courteous.
