The food was good, but service was very very bad. They had three waitress and it took all most 30 min before one waited on us.... We seen a couple leave do to them sitting for over an hour waiting on their food and still did not get it. They weren't thatbizzy. When we got ready to leave I waved at one of the waitress to come to the table and she turned her back to us walked away,like she didn't see us or me, so we can get a to go box to take our food with us. Service was great and staff is very friendly. I wasn't too impressed by the food though. Ribs, bbq beans and Mac n Cheese were... pretty good. Chicken slices were moist and weren't too bad either. Sausage tasted like it was cooked in a microwave instead ofon a grill. Bbq sauce is too tangy. Overall I would eat here again but not a must have. Read more
We went to this Rib Crib (Springdale AR) because it is one of our favorite spots, only to find out it is under new management... that does not honor the ?all you can eat ribs? that is clearly posted on the door. Food was tasty but the sides were very small(only 1/2 of what you used to get) and service was less than the sides. We did not realize when we got there at 7:45 pm thatthey closed at 8 pm and our waitress would be cleaning up to close and we had to get up and go find someone to refill our drinkTWICE! We waited over five minutes at the counter to pay because no one ever brought us a check. A woman finally stepped outfrom the back, rolled her eyes and we spoke up and said we need to pay, and she said very loudly and rudely said ?I Know!? Mindyou, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant! We will not be back! Read more
It was delicious! The ribs, chicken, sausages, potato salad, pickles, it is all good and if I am ever down that way again we are... gonna stop in and eat there cause it is bottom line some of the best bbq I have ever had. The service was awesome and the ac wasworking great too. I have been to other bbq places where it is almost miserable to sit down and eat in but this place was a verycomfortable cool on the inside. They had lots of memorabilia on the walls and the restrooms were clean. Definitely give thisplace a try if you ever get a chance to cause I sure did and I have no regrets! Read more
Rib Crib in Springdale is under new management. Everyone that works there is so awesome. We got a to go order and everything was... great as usual. But everyone that passed us at the check out counter stopped and asked if we were being helped. I can't sayenough great things about this place. It is worthy. We had the rack of ribs with sides okra, bake beans and fries and Mac and chess. Everything tasted delicious and... it was quick and affordable. We enjoyed it and I think the price was good. I also enjoy very much the spicy bbq sauce. Read more

Poor experience altogether. Visited at lunchtime on a Thursday. Seated and order taken fairly fast. Then our order took over a... solid hour to come out. They said there were only 2 people but that was not communicated up front allowing us the option ofstaying or leaving. Okra was soggy when we got it. While they offered to replace it and make it crispy in a couple of minutes itshould have been that way coming out unless it had been sitting. I didn't have confidence that it would be back out timely so Ididn't bother. Ribs came out already cut into individual ribs which was unusual but didn't mind. I picked the first one up andthe meat fell completely off the bone. So they were tender. Husband said his brisket was barely warm and even cold in a coupleof places. I honestly felt like they should have comped something (even if it was just our drinks!) for our wait because if Ihad had to go back to work I would have had to leave without eating. Communication with your guests could have gone a long way.Probably won't return. Read more
