Restaurant was not very clean, it was uncomfortably warm in the dining area. Trying to order was frustrating because they were... out of many items. Short review: ???? Yikes. Go to any other Popeyes but this one... UNLESS you want some of that social media footage of that... cringeworthy type feel. I should have known from the initial interaction at the speaker that drama was getting ready to unfoldhere. I stated that I had a coupon. Usually, Popeye's at any other location, asks for the code, then "spicy?, white or darkmeat?". Easy breezy. But at this location, she told me to pull up to the window so they can "check out the coupon". Checked outthe coupon, rang me up (no questions about spicy? White or dark, so as he was handing me my card, I said oh yeah, I want to makesure that's dark meat. Someone was already handing him a bag with white meat. I said that's okay we'll wait for the darkmeat... And that's when the problem started. Wow. Somehow what started as coupon policing rolled into weird explanations of whyI had to accept the white meat. It went on for too long. The guy said he was doing what his boss was telling him to do. Howeverirrational it sounded. And it sounded like yelling in the background the whole time. They ended up refunding my money andmaking me spend full price for the dark meat. It was no longer about the $1.50 in savings. C'mon guys, I just wanted the darkmeat. They wanted me to pull up and wait. I stayed at the window because that's what I ordered in the first place. It was veryfrustrating, unnecessary, and really just a lot of bad day vibes that quickly rolled into anger thrown at the customer. Read more

I wish I could give zero stars for this location?on Sunset in Springdale, AR Never in my life have I been more dissatisfied with... a fast food business. Multiple times I have been by this location, hoping service will be better, but as soon as I pull up theygreet you with ?there is a 15 minute wait on everything??there should never EVER be a 15 minute wait time for food at a fastfood restaurant. OR they greet you with a list of everything they are out of. What happened to customer service?what are theseemployees doing with their down time?? I am not sure how this location is still open. I've always loved Popeyes chicken and have had consistency at all locations (even in different states) with great food and... service, but this location is an Abomination to Popeyes everywhere! Since it's very close to my work I've tried it numeroustimes to see if it improved but no such luck. Every time I have been there the staff was rude, they were out of most times, orthe wait was unusually long. The past 2 times I tried I left without ordering, because I was told - we only have 3 people inhere and we aren't going to cook any chicken until you order it so its a 15 min wait. These were both around 12:45pm on aweekday. Won't try it again - they should get new management or close this location! Read more

Worst experience ever at this location. Chicken was rubbery and batter was wet, greasy and very dark brown. Rice in the red... beans and rice was old, or dried out. Biscuits were just a little better than hockey pucks. Mashed potatoes were the only thingedible. Another customer complained to the manager on his way out that it was not only bad but the worst chicken EVER. Yes, hewas yelling! He was SO right. Manager said she wasn't going to do anything about it. Please close this location that has gonedownhill ever since 2020. Read more

You won?t believe what I saw ?????????? I would rate Popeyes 5 stars, I really would. The food is great, the employees are... friendly, everything is good and normal, almost. I was walking into the line when I felt a crunch under my foot, I looked downand saw A COCKROACH!!! What on earth is a cockroach doing in a restaurant?! I just tried to ignore it, (being one of those whoisn?t afraid of roaches) but it was hard when further down the line there was another roach. ???????????? The employees did seemreally apologetic and gave me a free drink, but I still won?t forget the roaches any time soon. ???? (That food was worthstepping on a cockroach though ????????????????????) I've never had such appalling service. The restaurant closed at 11. We pulled in and tried to place our order at 10:25. Upon... trying to place our order we were immediately informed it would take 10-15 minutes for our food. I said that's fine we willwait.The employee seemed disappointed that I was willing to wait. Next they told me that before they could even take my orderthat had to fill two other customer orders even though saw no one in front or behimd me. After my family of 5 was left waiting15 minutes, i said "sir?" to the speaker (wondering I'd I had been forgotten about) and the man began shouting and wouldn't letme finish asking my question. He shouted "I ALREADY TOLD YOU TO WAIT!" several times over me; not letting me speak. He didn'teven know what I was going to say. It's not right to leave someone waiting on you then be treated with such disrespect. Itdoesn't cost anything to be nice to someone. We decided to drive off and leave after 20 minutes and when we pulled around wecould see there was only one other vehicle at the window. We had just sat at the speaker the whole time and no other vehiclesaround but the car at the window. I'm also attaching a photo of the sign that was taped to their speaker which seems as if theyare attempting to drive customers away. I always thought the goal was to work for the customer and not the other way around.They laminated this important statement which is obviously not corporate approved and didn't even take the time to spell checkit. It's sad. We will not be returning to this location and really hope management will take this review into considerationcoming from a customer willing to pay money even after waiting so long. This is taped to the speaker. They took awhile to even acknowledge my presence then took awhile once more to acknowledge me... after I told them my name for the online order at the drive thru. I Pull up to the window and they are all in there laughingcutting up having a good old time. They finally came to the window and told me to pull up because they are cooking my tendersthat I ordered online more than 20 minutes ago. I set in the parking lot for another 30 minutes before anyone even came to talkto me. Popeyes is a joke. Won?t waste my time ever again with Popeyes chicken especially when there are three other chickenrestaurants in the vicinity. Read more
