A couple of days ago my wife bought two pizzas for herself and my sons and once they got home the pizza was stale like it was... siting in a hot box to long? I just got home from a job and tried to go get them replaced and the manager there would notreplace them and said that I was lying and that they won?t do nothing. Teenagers don't care. Can't get an order right to save their life. Food is never ready when they say it will be. It's the... perfect job for them because everyone there is the same. No management. My kids were left money to order pizza and have it delivered through door dash. When the pizza arrived it was not the pizza they... had ordered. They had to call 8 times before they were able to reach anyone to TRY to resolve the mistake made by Little Caesarsthey were told to bring back the pizza they were given and they could have the one they were supposed to receive in the firstplace. 1st. That's cross contamination and in this COVID era that's just not safe at all not to mention a major health codeviolation! 2nd. They had the order delivered by Doordash. One should have come to the conclusion that if that was the case theirwas no way for them to bring anything back to anywhere! They were not given a choice to have their names taken so that theycould come in later and have the employees of Little Cesar's fix their mistake no, they did not even get an apology other thenone apologizing for their bad luck... This is why Little Caesars is going out of business. When a company lets their employeestreat their customers in this way with no recourse they eventually and inevitably close.
