Just got home with Togo order and was downright ???? and a waste of money. 35 minute pickup time for a soggy Ceasars salad,... onion rings that were chewy tasteless, flour-y hunks (you guys use the same chicken batter for everything??? Really???), and aPhilly cheesesteak w/ no sauce and what is just steak-uhmms on a bun. Also how is a BOWL of soup just two tiny dipping cups withsoup? Were they supposed to be soup shots or the restaurant out of cups and sense? I'm just amazed and laughing by theaudacity, very giga-chad JJ's of springdale to just not care that much and charge real money . This is our 2nd try and the dinein was decent food for a restaurant. Three generations dined here, and all were thoroughly pleased with their choices. Loaded cheese fries were generously portioned... and very cheesy. My shrimp basket hit the spot. My mom said her chicken fried chicken was the best she had ever had. Mydaughter had chicken and waffles, which she loved. The live music was a great bonus. Will definitely be back. Read more

The food looks fantastic. I did not order food, but there were several things I was interested in on the menu. I enjoyed the... beers I had and there are plenty of craft and domestics on tap to choose from. The service was great and I look forward totrying the food next time Read more
They were very accommodating with being able to seat me with my knee scooter. They also have handicapped parking near the... restaurant and a handicapped stall in the bathroom. My husband was extremely happy that they had regular tarter sauce for hisfish. My club sandwich would have been much better if they had put more than a sliver of bacon on it. Homemade tater chips weregreat and so were their onion rings. The servers are all very friendly. Their margaritas looked great, even though we didn't getany. I also liked the fact that they serve Stella Artois. Their $1.99 margaritas are good. Love their southwest grilled fish.One of my favorites. Read more

Service was very good, the staff was very polite and fast, but the food was not very good. Portions were large and everything... was cooked well, but the flavors and seasoning was not good. None of my family of 5 liked anything they got. The chips in thechips and salsa were good but the salsa was the most bland salsa I have ever eaten, we had to add salt just to make itappetizing. I really thought the food was going to be good, but was pretty disappointed. I am not trying to review bomb, and Idon't blame the staff at all. Read more
