Slowest drive-thru ever. What's the point of having 2 giant menus in the line if you're going to rush me to the front of the... line and not let me look at the menu?? All this mess and the line still moves super slow. I've had items missing from my bagbefore, so check your bags before you drive off. This last time I drove through I got one of their iced coffees for the 1st timeand it was awful. And there was a $1.06 upcharge for the most horrible "vanilla iced coffee" I've ever had. Read more

At this Chick fil A restaurant on West Sunset Avenue in Springdale Arkansas is not as good as it could be. The inside and... outside of the restaurant is great, very nice and clean inside and out. But I did have an issue with the staff on a fruit cup Iordered and because I am allergic to apples, I asked three separate times if they could take out the apples and replace themwith more tangerines to make up the difference and I was told by a manager that they couldn't replace it with any other kind offruit, yet the charge would be the same in which I thought that wasn't a good thing whatsoever, so they charged me the regularprice of $3.99 for this medium fruit that consisted of 5 tangerines and 5 half slices of strawberries. So I continued to ask themanager why the Chick FIL A in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas was different and they always put a large amount of fruit intheir bowls and she replied this to me, " there are different owners to each Chick FIL A, and the owner to her restaurant saidNO replacement on fruit.
