You NEVER know if your order will be right...especially at lunch. If you have ANY special instructions (no bun, etc.) just go... somewhere else. This time they actually entered my order right, but f'd it up in the kitchen. So that means we got to pay for 2double cheeseburgers but only got singles. As usual, we called the manager. Last time they actually delivered a new, correctorder to us. That's the reason we kept going back. This time she said they don't deliver....but we can come back some otherday (since we don't have time today). No thanks. You keep your surprise bags, we'll keep our money. Read more
